Place was not crowded yet service was not up to mark. We had ordered munchow soup which had very less amount of fried noodles on asking to serve they didn’t served neither informed that they don’t provide extra quantity. Food prices are too high compared with quantity and tables are not cleaned properly. Poor service even after place being famous and not helpful staff to serve better.

Order Tandoori chiken masala half handi and received regular half chiken handi felt very bad if you don't have those dishes you shouldn't keep those name in your menu card I think they think people are fools,also I think zomato u r also equally responsible u r delivery should check the order in hotel's it self while taking the delivery

The most awful service by some lanky staff member who chose to lie to us and threw attitude directed towards us for no evident reason. Very rude and intolerable. Shit service VIP. The waiter needs to be taught how to treat the customers when the customers’ behaviour is civil and polite.

Poor quality of packaging the food.. There is only 2 small small peace of chicken in the biryani while others hotels are serves better in same value While they are charging 140/- for a plate. I suggest don't visit this hotel again.

One of the worst experience in this area. In Aurangabad city you can expect good food at any hotel however this is an exception. Worst food taste and don't accept online payment

Waiters don't know how to speak to the customer no matter the situation. Very incompetent and dumb waiters. Wouldn't recommend anyone to dine here
