Thanks to the KFC team for opening multiple restaurants in the Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar city. I have tried KFC MONDHA NAKA and BEED bypass. KFC PROZONE in my one of the best restaurant. today we have tried Chicken smoky and hot and crispy chicken.. it was delicious

After long time I have tried KFC chicken in the Sambhaji Nagar city..store is located in the prozone mall... fully crowded.. product was served hot ..I mostly like chicken roll

I have ordered Tandoori Chicken zinger burger in my meal.. awesome test.. service was faster new launched Chicken roll is awesome..

Very rude behavior by the Store Manager and the staff of KFC, arrogant and rude people. I would suggest not to order from this restaurant, these guys will never deliver your order in time. The store manager will never respond to your calls. First they will accept your order and it will take almost 80-90 min to prepare order once order is prepared then it comes to order packing and after this it will take almost 45 min to order gets packed and they will never handover order to delivery partner as this restaurant inside of the mall.

Absolutely pathetic management of orders and customers. Zero customer centricity. Waited for almost 2hours to know that the order is dispatched to Zomato vallet but the store manager is not aware of the whereabouts of the same. While the Zomato vallet never received the order despite waiting for 2hours. Absolutely crappy service and highly inefficient and incompetent staff.

These guys always delays food when ordered online. For 1 hour the restaurant was preparing my food. This time, my order is reaching me in 1hr 40mins after placing the order. (It's expected time, it's still reaching).

I ordered 4 pieces of hot and crispy The quality was so yaak, the food delivered doesn’t even look like chicken pieces, I would suggest not to order online.. bad taste, disappointed.

worst experience with KFC.. didn't expect this taste.. really salty food really bad taste and not fresh at all.. PATHETIC FOOD.. I don't waste food but I couldn't eat it either

Very bad experience. Order 2 hour before still our order is not there....call kfc 15time they were not receiving call ...I have done online payments hope my refund will be done
