very bad service - i had orderded on zomoto - mcdonalds took more than 1 hour 30 min to   sent simple order - i had been calling on  8928210217  there no but no one bothers to pick up the phone and inform status of order - dont order from mcdonalds  - very bad attitude and service  - staff is not polite at all

Half the items we ordered for takeaway the staff forgot to pack. Didn't give bill. When we called to complain and asked for refund, the staff gave ridiculous responses and also argued about which items were missing! MCDONALDS MANAGEMENT - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE AND BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Very rude staff behaviour...no respect for regular customers and waste of franchise of such good name..staff should be managed properly and taught to be a little respectful towards customers. Specially on call managers should be changed . He is a horrible person

Ordered nuggets but got stripes, something I wouldn’t even consider buying for a buck. My double cheese burger had a single slice of cheese. There’s always something missing from the order.

Masala wedges were kind of Refried, they were hot but tooo soggy, being a food connoisseur I didn’t expect this from McDonalds. The Pizza McPuff was also served Cold.

Charging higher rates for a simple dish just because in Mc,D , this should not be done , prices should be low
