Whether you’re here for a casual hangout or a celebratory night, this place fits the bill perfectly. The food is absolutely top-notch! I loved their loaded nachos & creamy pasta. The drinks menu is equally impressive – the cocktails are crafted to perfection, and their Lalten & Elder flower spritzer is a must-try. The staff deserves a special mention – they’re friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The music and overall vibe add to the experience, making it a place you’d want to come back to again and again. I went to dis place on Valentine’s Day n I was impressed by the interior n the special decor for the evening. There was live music but the singer was rather shouting than singing so it was a bit off for me. But overall the place looked beautiful n what lit my mood was the food. I ordered a mocktail, dimsums, sushi, bang bang paneern pink sauce pasta. I wud rate it 9/10 for the food but the main highlight was the dessert which I ordered was Pannacotta. It was soo delicious. The prices here are lil high compared to other places but they are definitely worth it. The staff was very polite n friendly enough to change my seating. I wud highly recommend dis place for a beautiful evening wid ur loved ones n also for special occasions. Congratulations to the whole team here for a beautiful evening. All the best!

Extremely disappointing experience at Uptown. We were two male customers and were denied entry without any valid reason, simply being told that “two males are not allowed.” This kind of discriminatory and outdated policy is completely unacceptable in today’s time. A restaurant should welcome customers respectfully, not judge them based on who they come with. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and instead of explaining any clear policy, they simply turned us away. It’s shocking that a place calling itself a modern restaurant still practices such unfair treatment. If this is how they treat paying customers, I would strongly advise people to avoid Uptown and choose establishments that actually value hospitality and basic respect

Terrible Service & Careless Management Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was overly spicy, despite us specifically requesting mild flavors. When we brought this up, the manager was completely careless and ignored our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, he dismissively told us that many people eat the same food and that it was our palate issue. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We had to leave the entire dish untouched due to its spiciness, yet there was no effort to make things right. Worst service we’ve encountered—would not recommend or visit ever

My husband ordered an LIIT at night without ice, as he has a problem with ice and chilled drinks. The bartender served it in a very small glass. To adjust the taste, we requested some extra Coke, but he bluntly refused to provide it. When we asked the reason, he replied arrogantly, "I will only bring whatever liquors go into an LIIT. You mix it yourself." This behavior was rude and unprofessional. It was especially disappointing because it was my birthday, and this unpleasant experience completely spoiled the celebration. Such an attitude from the bar staff is not expected from a restaurant of this standard.
