Excellent restaurant with very polite and couteous staff. Food was delicious! We stayed in Welcome hotel for 3 days and ate buffet dinner and breakfast in this restaurant. Every time the food was just too good! 5 stars.

The food at Madhuban never disappoints. Specially the buffet spread. The staff and management are top notch and professional in their service. Definitely a place to recommend.

Great food and ambience. Definitely a go-to place for Fine dining. The Blueberry Cheesecake was simply delicious. Surely visiting again soon:)

I have been there on my Birthday and tried Buffet. Their Items are limited compare to a 4 or 5 star hotel. Mutton kaleji, Grilled fish and desert was nice. It could have been much more better.

Pathetic service, food is ok but variety is very less i stayed there for 2 days but these guys were pathetic in service, 2/10 I have been staying at taj land ends mumbai And JW marriott I expected the same level of service by these guys , but the way these guys talk their tone was horrible On the last day of my stay after the breakfast i asked them for a donut Which was a takeaway they told me It would be on charge able bases /or if u didn’t have any breakfast then only we would provide you The restaurant service was way to bad even the managers who were handeling the seating arrangement were also not showing intrest. On a 5 star hotel base , i would give ITC Aurangabad a 3 start rating I would reach out and give them a rating of Food 7/10 Housekeeping 8/10 Amenities 7/10 Service 2/10

OVERHYPED AND FOOLING PEOPLE::: We have gone for special occasion to celebrate and chose best option… (buffet) 1.Service was too poor despite notifying manager 2. Food Quality was average and even standard of 3/2 star 3.No coordination amongst staff even finger bowl took 20-30 mins and many comands required.. 4. No variety of menu OVERALL REVIEW.. It’s not International at all..It’s local hotel…with international name… ADVICE :: Chose from local options if u really want to celebrate and want to have quality time……...

Complete sham of a place!!! Not worth to be called an ITC restaurant. The management needs to wake up and pull up their socks. Food here sucks...service is pathetically slow..... staff is rude....visited as part of my stay in the Hotel! Overpriced and overhyped place!! The worst managed ITC property ever!! Shame on you guys!!

We took buffet & would leave zero stars if I could. The food quality was very bad & tasteless for the price, and make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a ITC. Pathetic service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else please & save your money 🙏🏻
