Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bamey's, Bangalore. From the moment you walk in, the ambience sets the tone — lively yet comfortable, with that perfect blend of industrial charm and warmth that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your time without rushing. The staff truly deserve special Sunita. she was polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu, suggested great options, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit without being intrusive. You can really feel the professionalism and positive energy in the service. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was well-balanced and clearly prepared with care. The quality of ingredients really shows, and the portions are generous, making it great for sharing with friends or family. Overall, Bamey's is more than just a place to eat — it’s an experience. Great food, excellent service, and a vibrant ambience all come together seamlessly. Definitely a place I’d return to and happily recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore. thanks team Bamey's and Sunita for made my day memorable...

If you are looking out for authentic Nepali cuisine, this place is a must-visit! From sizzling momos to Laphing, from Wontons to Taas & the premium Thakali Thali…we loved every dish here!

Visited this place a few weeks ago and was really looking forward to it after seeing the great reviews. The ambience was lovely, with the staff dressed in traditional Nepali attire and Nepali music playing in the background, which added a nice touch. I liked their introductory note in the menu - that added a character to the place. And the serving dishes and bowls were beautiful and unique, although one of the serving kettle's nose was broken. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. I had booked a table in advance through Zomato and arrived about five minutes before the booking time, but was told that all tables were occupied and that we would have to wait around 25 minutes for the next one to become available. This was disappointing, as the purpose of making a reservation is to have a table available at the booked time. The staff did offer us a shared table with two other guests, which we accepted rather than waiting and asked them to move us to a regular table when one became available before our food arrived, which they did. The food also took quite a while to arrive, and the dishes were served at different times. My order arrived first, so everyone started eating, and by the time the remaining dishes arrived, most of us were already full and had to pack a few items. Taste-wise, the Laphing was too salty, while the Jhol Momos were quite bland and not as good as others that I have tried before. Others tried their Nepali Thali which was they said was okay. Among the dishes that I tried, the Chicken Nepali Style Rice was tasty and the mocktail with Red bull in it was decent. Overall, the experience was okay but given the strong reviews, I had expected a little more from both the food and the reservation experience.

This is different than Gastro. Remember there are 2 different outlets. Receptionist: uninterested Waiters: Too busy to serve Food: Below average (Jhol momos, Laphing Wai wai) Beverages: Too sweet (Ganga Jamuna)

The food is average, oily, ambience is just fine, very loud music, staff is busy somewhere else, not bothered that they should be looking towards tables, overall experience is very poor
