🚨 Terrible Experience at 1522 Pub/Restaurant – Please Read Before You Go! 🚨 Last night, we had one of the most unpleasant dining experiences at 1522 Kamanahalli CMR Road, Kalyan Nagar. Here’s what happened:
👉 A waiter carrying drinks barged into us from behind on the dance floor and 2 glasses fell off the tray and broke. This is clearly the waiter’s mistake. They charged us for 4 drinks with Rs.4200 as the bill. 
👉 Instead of handling the situation professionally, DINESH manager started screaming at us in front of everyone, in the most rude and disrespectful manner.
👉 To make it worse, we were forced to pay the entire bill, including for drinks we never even touched! 💔 As customers, we expect dignity and fairness. Accidents happen – but blaming guests, shouting at them, and making them pay for something they didn’t consume is completely unacceptable. I’m sharing this because:
❌ No guest deserves to be humiliated.
❌ Customer service should never mean intimidation.
❌ Respect should come first in hospitality. 📢 To all my friends here – have you faced such treatment anywhere? How would you react if this happened to you? Let’s make sure no other customer has to go through this again at 1522 .
