The head waiter in the 1nd floor is always anxious and he doesn't allow us to have food or drink in peace. He pushes people to get out as there were people waiting. This is not how he must behave.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager *Prakash*— when we requested just one Kannada song, he scolded us and said he’s not from Karnataka, completely disrespecting the local culture. Such arrogance and attitude are unacceptable. No one here seems to care about customers or basic respect. If you are truly kannadiga and respect karanataka if you are eating karanataka rice just bycott this slum pub stupid manager. ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಟಾರ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಹನಲ್ಲ. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಸಭ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರವಲ್ಲದ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ - ನಾವು ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ, ಅವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದವರಲ್ಲ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅಂತಹ ದುರಹಂಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಗೌರವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೌರವ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅನ್ನ ತಿಂತಿದ್ರೆ, ಈ ಸ್ಲಮ್ ಪಬ್ ಸ್ಟುಪಿಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ತಗೊಳಿ.

This is the third time I’ve faced the same issue. I ordered one dish, and again the parcel had a completely different item. When I called the cashier, they never accept their mistake and simply say, “adjust next time, we will see.” This kind of response is really unprofessional. No control on AC or air cooler. it was terrible to sit. its kind of fish market. Paying so much and its too crowded. Better to avoid.
