Only good thing was American corn.Bad mushroom chilli. Fried rice and Hakka noodles was okay and cold. And there was a waiter who continuously replied in Kannada even after being asked in English/hindi. The room was almost empty so we requested for Kannada songs as our birthday boy liked Kannada and Hindi songs but they dint play it on a Monday night.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager *Prakash*— when we requested just one Kannada song, he scolded us and said he’s not from Karnataka, completely disrespecting the local culture. Such arrogance and attitude are unacceptable. No one here seems to care about customers or basic respect. If you are truly kannadiga and respect karanataka if you are eating karanataka rice just bycott this slum pub stupid manager. ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಟಾರ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಹನಲ್ಲ. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಸಭ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರವಲ್ಲದ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ - ನಾವು ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ, ಅವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದವರಲ್ಲ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅಂತಹ ದುರಹಂಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಗೌರವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೌರವ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅನ್ನ ತಿಂತಿದ್ರೆ, ಈ ಸ್ಲಮ್ ಪಬ್ ಸ್ಟುಪಿಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ತಗೊಳಿ.

Food - poor. We had: 1) peri peri chicken pizza - it was too spicy its not just the about having peri peri chicken pieces on it, but the base sauce had it too, so we couldnt taste any other flavour, our mouth was just burning. NOT at all enjoyable, we wasted the entire pizza after two bites. 2) gobi munchurian - okayish. Thick sauce, wouod rate it a 2/5. 3) butter naan - naan was nice but it was more of a butter “ soaked” naan rather than a butter smeared naan, compared to other dishes we ordered- this was better. Cutlery - poor. The bowl in which our gobi manchurian was served look like it was been used for more than a decade - coating scrubbed off, very ugly. Ambience - extremely poor. There was a cockroach on our table ( that kept running around the tissue box and our food ) , very poorly lit space. When informed to staff - we were met with “ i can change your table”, but for me, it wasnt about the table, it was about basic hygiene of a place that serves food! My experience was horrible.

This is the third time I’ve faced the same issue. I ordered one dish, and again the parcel had a completely different item. When I called the cashier, they never accept their mistake and simply say, “adjust next time, we will see.” This kind of response is really unprofessional. Worst service by both Zomato and 1522 Pub, even after booking the table they made us to wait 30mns. we had leave as there was no response, smoking smell around. No waiting area available, elderly people have to stand and wait. No proper response from front desk and Manager. Booking from Zomato is of no use still you need to call the pub and ask them to reserve. Not at recommend to visit

cashier biller Deva is very rude.. we are regular customers to 1522 & white horse from past 10 years & lot of people we referd Malleswaram outlet.. pls train ur especially that cashier Deva.. he has lot of head weight.. teach him basic disciplines to speak to customers

very disappointing behavior from both zomoto and 1522 pub no response from front desk or manager we didn't get any table after waiting for 30 min even though we had reserved they told booking from zomoto is not valid and lot of smoke smell
