The ambience was very nice and cozy. We ordered a russian salad and manchow soup which was really good. Try it out.

While the service and food was good, the restaurant closed the lift service too early and my older parents had to take the stairs to go down to the basement. This is not at all good

The buffet was not upto the mark.. out of do many dishes only 2-3 tasted good

We were 2 pax, we were made to wait even as large tables remained unoccupied, the manager needs to accommodate guests who arrive to dine than awaiting 6/8 pax for the tables put up. The food was average, the masala pappad was soggy, the Hyderabadi biryani was more like pulao, the food arrived cold, the server was prompt enough though to get it replaced. Over all, a normal dining place, nothing to boast about.

refused to accept payments via zomato gold saying not valid on buffet. nowhere on the app is mentioned that buffet payments is not acceptable

staff does not know how to behave and none of them knows kannada being in Malleshwaram. we need staff who speaks our local language here
