The buffet spread was good. Service was excellent. But soups, chinese, varied Indian rice dishes lacked the punch. They can have tastier food in buffet as in a la carte

If table bookings are accepted through Zomato, the restaurant should ensure that customers are informed about the applicable Zomato discount at the time of billing. It is disappointing when customers have to remind the staff or discover later that the offer was not applied. A simple confirmation during billing would make the process transparent and enhance the overall dining experience.

While the service and food was good, the restaurant closed the lift service too early and my older parents had to take the stairs to go down to the basement. This is not at all good

They charge for curd for aloo parota. They give ghee against butter. Manager was arrogant and rude. First time worst experience at 1947 Malleshwaram. Ground level staff are very polite, well cultured and friendly with a smile on the face

staff does not know how to behave and none of them knows kannada being in Malleshwaram. we need staff who speaks our local language here
