20 char located inside Mac Sterlings hotel is a nice place to visit in case you wanna feel fancy. Had taken my family for a dinner there as it was my parent's 25th anniversary. I must tell you and this is genuine enough to say that usually people don't expect very good food or food worth the money in bigger chain of hotels. But, 20 char Mac Sterlings was an exception. It was very easy to do the booking, I just did it a day prior. Their manager Nilesh I remember clearly was very helpful and made sure everything is put to perfection as far as arrangements were concerned. Last June, Covid was at its peak and we managed to find tables for ourselves. They took care of all necessary guidelines and tried doing their best to make our experience good. Their food was simply fantastic infact it was way too much. We had gone for a special package. Quantity was good. Food tasted well. Booking was hassle-free and they also provided us a candlelight experience with a cake for my parents anniversary. Had a greaaat experience.

Had an amazing family lunch time at Sterling's Mac Hotel. Mr.Hansari was very friendly and served us all well. Quite reasonable price and very hygienic place. Every dish we ordered was delicious. We enjoyed to the core.

We loved the service and the ambience is really good and pleasant. Shimti was very helpful in serving and has very kind and loving nature towards hotel guests.

Shashi and Preeti served us very well. Everything was excellent. This was our first visit, we loved the food.

We got 2+1 buffet via nearbuy...Very good food..we had ordered buffet for 3...the Schezwan cauliflower started was especially really good n crispy....overall the starters were really nice....main course was ok ok... Dessert had a wide spread....

Though living in the vicinity of this place, I never thought of visiting this place. Since we had a formal meeting so near by restaurant with open space(somewhat) was the first priority. 20 Char fits in the cretiria. Ambience and space: Full marks, I'd recommend go in full cultural attires and get of the best pics clicked ! You won't regret it! FOOD : I wish could say the same for food. Since it was first visit to place so we decided to go for Veg buffet. 1100 +taxes was not worth. Veg section : Paneer tikka starter and baby corn starter, just cutting smaller of portion paneer made us realise paneer is not fresh. One of the family members mentioned tomato gravy and spices were not well cooked Crispy corn if I could recall the name correctly ..was good enough for second serving Zucchini in tomato gravy big medium sized was half heartedly cooked. Seems like cook just threw big chunks of Zucchini in tomato gravy when s/he felt like doing it. Dal fry : not.tried but good feedback Paneer gravy, Alo mutter were good nothing fancy about it Zeera Rice ( long grain) , steam rice and Rasam. good Decent spread in dessert and salad nothing special to mention. There not much variety in food, surprised to see no 'mixed veg' or similar variety on stalls. Also Zomato has option for buffet with set menu( you'll have lessor options than above mentioned).Purpose of choosing buffet to explore overall food prepared by the restaurant. And it was not upto the mark. 4400+taxes for lunch buffet is overwhelmingly overpriced. On positive side food was light on spices so it didn't upset anyone stomach post lunch. Along

Our search for an eatery which is open at 1am due to hunger pangs ended in this restaurant housed in a 5-star hotel. The staff told us that only limited items are available to order during that odd hour. The prices are costly, which is no matter of surprise in a 5-star hotel. Zomato Gold in food came to our rescue and we ordered a pumpkin risotto and veg pasta,which took around 10-15 minutes to prepare, but was served hot. Both were creamy, but bland and had less vegetables. The place gives a classy ambience from where we can enjoy a bird's eye view of the rooms in the hotel. Really grateful for being open at that time ;)

This used to be my home away from home. Almost every night, I used to go here to eat tandoori roti and the ultimate chicken lababdar. This place remained open for 24 hours everyday, so, I could get any meal at any time of the day or night. The ambience is very beautiful, staffs are very courteous and the food and mocktails are quite delicious. Must Visit Place!!!!! The above review is now just a distant memory! The place has become bad. The service has become bad. The food is tasteless. The servers are extremely nonsensical in their behaviour. Being a five-star hotel and they giving a discount on zomato themselves, the rude waiter was not willing to listen to my request. I'M NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. GOOD RIDDANCE!!

The manager was so pathetic, after paying for a buffet of 1600, he later closed the buffet counter stating they cud'nt serve more food and the manager O P SINGH was so foolish by not even understanding the customer and stated thst no more food can be served, A hotel which does not value its customer, its a waste of time. Useless

The waiter is mis-trained, mis-informed, and an experience you should definitely miss but can't. Got to be the worst starred experience of my life.
