brunch was awesome. spread was good. desserts are wowwwwww. only thing they can improve on is the number of starters. they had aaloo n panner starter. come on u can do better for vegeterians.

I went with my family for my marriage anniversary. even though I had a word to decorate a table, it still was not. The food is not extraordinary. If we are paying more then why are food just ordinary. I have already tried a few other 4 star hotels and even barbeque franchises., They are awesome if we compare. please improve in all aspects. please co-operate on celebration and occasion.. otherwise just make a business hotel.

I recently visited 24@43 at The Oterra expecting a premium dining experience given the reputation of the 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the buffet turned out to be one of the most disappointing ones I have experienced. To begin with, the buffet had extremely limited options. There was only one starter being served, which is quite surprising for a place positioned as a luxury hotel restaurant. The main course was also very limited, with only three dishes in the vegetarian section and three in the non-vegetarian section, which felt more like a small café menu than a five-star buffet spread. Another major issue was the service quality. The staff did not seem attentive and were not listening properly to guests’ requests. After placing an order, the team appeared clueless about the status, and there was no clear communication or follow-up. I will never recommend this place nor I will ever visit again!!

The restaurant has fallen far below expectations. The food quality has significantly deteriorated—dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and proper presentation. What was once a highlight is now a major disappointment. Customer service has degraded drastically—staff appeared uninterested, slow to respond, and failed to provide even basic hospitality. The warmth and attentiveness that once defined the experience are completely missing. Even the ambiance and facilities felt poorly maintained, diminishing the overall dining experience. I can no longer recommend this restaurant, especially for anyone seeking quality food or a pleasant service experience. A serious overhaul is needed. food poisoning and stomach upset

We went for lunch buffet, family of three. Paid 11000 with 50% discount through Zomato (paid around 5,500).. We had worst experience with the food. This hotel fool people with their five star rating price tag with awful food. Please do not waste your hard earned money here. You could get much better food on the streets. Everything was bland and not fresh - starting from starters till desserts. Our Sunday lunch ‘IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL’ was a disaster. We could have had a wholesome curd rice at home. You people should really shut this restaurant and stop fooling people with your high price tags.

Food was below average. Was really surprised that, they are just fooling people with a five star hotel pricing with awful food. We are family of three. Our total bill was around 11,000 (lunch buffet). Through Zomato we got 50% discount and paid around 5,500. It’s a total waste of money and our family felt we could have had better food on the streets. Starters were terrible - what wasn’t??? A complete disaster Sunday lunch. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
