Visited Absolute Barbecue, Kalyan Nagar recently. The food quality and taste were good, and the variety offered was enjoyable. However, the service was quite disappointing. Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly search for staff and call them for even basic requests. Service was slow and lacked attentiveness, which affected the overall dining experience. Good food alone isn't enough when customer service falls short. I hope the management focuses on improving staff responsiveness and customer attention to match the quality of the food.

Plates were not properly cleaned n they were not serving prawns properly only chicken n fish n chicken was so hard they won’t serve fast n ask for a roti u will get it after bill no mutton in curry only chest piece in chicken curry worst food I ever had

Don't go by the review ratings..The service was ordinary and cold , However the menu was just okay. Ambience and music are atrocious.They need to really work on this.

I regret the decision of visiting Abs BBQ Kalyam Nagar branch . It was a special day for my family, and i thought of treating them to ABS BBQ, considering that this brand once meant something. Now I am absolutely sure it does not. You literally have to wait for the food and keep checkomg with the staff . Only then do they make an effort to bring something to your table. 1. The main course was extremely limited, and the food was stale. The fried rice, in particular, smelled bad and seemed spoiled. 2. We paid for a non-veg option, but mostly received veg grills. Even those were served only after repeated requests. Eventually, we did get some non-veg starters, but far too late. 3. The restaurant was extremely crowded and lacked proper ventilation. 4. The ambience is a joke. Be prepared to feel like you’ve entered a crowded market. People without tables were allowed inside and kept moving around, making it even more chaotic. Some were literally standing behind our chairs waiting for seats. Poor Ambience Poor food Poor service Such a DISAPPOINTMENT !!
