⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5 Star) I'd rate this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars, as I visited it just half an hour ago. 1. For Non-Vegetarians: If you're a non-vegetarian, you'll find a good variety of options, ranging from starters to the main course, including prawns, fish, chicken, and mutton. 2. For Vegetarians: If you're a vegetarian, I wouldn't highly recommend this place, as the options are quite limited. Most of the starters consisted of paneer, pineapple 🍍, and aloo tikki. In the main course, there were dishes like Malai Kofta, Paneer, Noodles 🍜, and Manchurian. I took just one spoonful of the noodles 🍜, and they smelled stale. I immediately informed one of the staff members, and they had it prepared again. The second batch was noticeably better. Apart from that, I tried the chicken keema. It was a bit oily, but the taste was good. The Bottom Line: If you'd like to visit and experience the place for yourself, please go ahead. This is purely my personal experience. I genuinely hope the management takes note of these pain points, works on them, and continues improving the quality to position this restaurant among the best buffet destinations in India. This is not the restaurant it was. Cleanliness has been discarded and the place feels old and poorly maintained. Plates are super dirty and the ground floor entrance smells like a garbage dump. If any food inspection team visits, the place will probably not have a good day. Coming to the food, starters were decent though they replaced mutton seekh with chicken seekh and tried to give me a lame answer. Non veg gravies for chicken and mutton were super salty and non edible. Desserts were comparatively better but the lady at ice cream counter was overwhelmed and looking for some support. Service still remains good and attentive. They do say we can change this and that if you dont like, but I cannot ask them to change if most of the dishes are strictly average. Everthing being said, its sad to see them operating at such level. I have been going here since 10 yrs but I doubt i will again. If they are serious, they should start making things right while they still can, starting with cleanliness which is currently at absolute rock bottom.

Extremely disappointing experience at Absolute Barbecues. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food quality was very poor, and many items were either unavailable or served after an extremely long wait. We had to wait around 30 minutes to almost an hour just to get food served. The service was rude and unprofessional, and the staff did not seem interested in helping customers. The plates, glasses, and even the table were not properly cleaned, which was very unhygienic. The entire setup was poorly managed, and nothing was arranged properly. For the price charged, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve the food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and overall dining experience.

It's worst experience in my dine in, never ever seen in Bangalore. Service is not good and menu is not on time and taste is soo bad. We thought it was good but I would never suggest any one

Menu has become limited and service was very very poor. Restaurant should not take that much booking if they are not capable of handling.
