Kerlinda and Partha were very attentive and have made sure we got the best service. I really appreciate how the staff served us despite being the rush hours on the weekends. However, the food was not upto the mark, it was below average and the utensils were evidently dirty. The bowls, the plates, the cutlery. Could spot marks with naked eye and honestly it gave a very unhygienic feeling on the whole. I did not find one plate or bowl that matchd a basic restaurant standard. Very disappointing to see such a big chain of restaurants maintain this quality of ambience and the lack of such Basic facilities. The Women’s washroom had no tissues, the tap was leaking and when I tried to use the soap, the soap dispenser broke right off on just pressing it just a little to dispense hand wash.

A decade back when they started restaurant it was great hype and expensive, good food too. now that era is gone, no charm, taste. just a basic food. and food has degraded a lot

mutton quality was so poor that couldn't even take a bite ..smell of the mutton was horrible ..even we have went for dinner and biriyani was not available ,when we requested they just mixed up with the chicken tandoori leg and normal rice and gave as a biriyani ...whole experience was pathetic .

The music is to loud the serving takes lot of time they almost take 45min to get something which we asked for and taste is also not that good
