the order which I have received is incomplete . most of the condiments are missing in the meal , Infact in thali there is not roti at where it is clearly mentioned in the menu . Highly disappointed, poor experience !!

I had one of the worst experiences recently when I had ordered for two Open Dose. This isn't an order on Zomato, but a takeaway that I bought. I'm sharing it here hoping that the review is taken seriously by the restaurant. First of all, the person who takes the order at the counter delayed in passing on the message to the chef who makes Dosas. The person who is responsible in making them is least bothered about my order, while he is busy in making other dosas that are easier and faster to give it to the other customers. So I had to wait for 20+ minutes to get this for a takeaway. I come home and open the parcel. The dosas are not roasted well enough to even eat it. The dough is still raw. Basically, it doesn't look like an open dose at all. Sheer negligence but the person who prepared this. The quality and quantity might have been really good if you had been to this hotel at least two years ago.

It was such a bad experience, the site showed thatte idli and then the owner calls in and says that theres no thatte idli and stuff , nothing is good here. Now I have to eat all those stale idlis ugh

I had ordered mushroom masala from adithya restaurant for d first time, n experience was not satisfactory. There were only mushroom stems in d curry not even one mushroom. Curry was okie dokie

For food preparation they use water from the tap that comes from overhead tank. No basic filtration.
