Too much overhyped hotel ehich is just for basic breakfast items. Me and my one friend went to have breakfast here on 15th Aug 2025 . We took One Butter Masala Dosa and one chow chow Bath. Only these two items costs us ₹368 including GST and other taxes. When it comes to taste , not at all worth paying too much money. Even a ₹50 Dosa from outside Thela tastes way too better than from this hotel. Chow chow bath was horrible.. khara bath (one part of chow chow bath) was tasteless as if I am an admitted patient in a hospital. Kesari bath was ok but not as good as we assumed. Overall experience was very bad experience both in terms of price and taste.

Avoid this place at all costs. Basic courtesy and respect for customers mean nothing here. After waiting over 30 minutes just to get a table, we finally got seated — only for a waiter to rudely ask us to vacate because someone else had apparently “booked” it (which was never communicated). When we questioned it politely, he went as far as to threaten us, saying they wouldn’t take our order for another 30 minutes at least if we didn’t move. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. If you value your time and self-respect, steer clear of this place.

Complete downfall of a legendary spot. The food was pathetic—chutney and sambhar had zero taste, and the masala dosa filling was oily and bland. Go to Umesh Dosa Point instead; it’s infinitely better. ​The real horror was the parking. The watchman gave me wrong guidance, caused me to hit another car, and then literally RAN AWAY to hide. The manager was extremely rude and blamed me for following his own staff's directions. I had to pay for the other car's damages myself. Unprofessional, cowardly staff and zero accountability. Never coming back

The service is gone for toss. First we waited for the table almost 15 mins and managed to find a table and then had to wait for someone to take the order (which took almost 25 mins) that too after following up with multiple waiters. After all the horrible service, the server was expecting a Tip amount and flashed a QR code for the tip. I ended up paying the Tip but they should have some self respect even for the Tip when they are not even in the surroundings to serve the customers

We went because we heard of the hype around it for a while, but had a very saddening experience with the service. It felt kind of like we were also being discriminated against by the waiters and despite waiting for a long time and following up with waiters, we weren’t given proper service. Finally after we got our food, half our order never came. We left after eating what we got and don’t plan on going again.

It was very sad to see getting discriminated and heavily mismanaged. We waited for 30 mins to get a table and almost everyone who came 20 mins after us got the table. Not worth it and there is no one to complain about because no one cares about the service

don't go there if you are not local they discriminate and will not even let you seat even if you have score a table even after waiting there for 30 mins they made us move 3 tables and gave the seat to local wo can just 5 mins back

Missing the OG elements. Staff is rude, food is just above average but way too expensive. One butter masala dosa and a tea costs you bloody 368 Rs !!!
