"A taste of the Middle East in every bite, Al Bain takes you on a flavorful flight!" - Kashif Alam Nestled in the bustling heart of Kamanahalli, Al Bain Restaurant is a treasure trove of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. From unique dishes to traditional Arabic seating (majlis) for families, the experience feels straight out of the Middle East. We started our culinary journey with the Arabita Shawarma, a beautifully plated twist on classic shawarma, perfect for sharing. For starters, we relished the Mutton Fatteh, a comforting mix of pita bread topped with mutton keema, curd, and chickpeas. We tried it for the first time. The Japan Chicken, crispy drumsticks drenched in a spicy mayo sauce. The Chicken Fatayar, a boat shaped pizza with a soft bread base, was also a winner. For the main course, we indulged in the Qabili Mutton Rice, a dish straight from Uzbekistan! The flavorful rice, juicy mutton pieces, fried dry fruits, and topped with sweet shredded carrots made it a standout. We ended our feast with a glass of Ice Cream Falooda, the perfect sweet finale to an exotic meal. The ambiance, with its mix of majlis style seating and regular tables, adds a cultural touch to your dining experience. However, a heads up, parking can be a challenge for four wheelers, so plan accordingly! If you’re craving an authentic Middle Eastern experience, Al Bain is worth a visit! 🥙✨ ❤️🍴 Don’t miss out on our food adventures on Instagram: @that_food_freak - 200k+ followers can’t be wrong! 🥳

honestly the only place for pure taste of middle East. so well prepared & authentic flavours & dishes of Uzbekistan, turkish & saudi. must try the chops platter , cheesy fatayar & istanbul shawarma. mandi & qalbi rice too are superb. private majlis seating & casual seating also is good.

Every time we head to this part of the city and pass by Al bain there is a lot of waiting so we decided to try it on a weekday and totally loved the food there! Tried the Japanese chicken, Istanbul shawarma, wings, the viral creamy full chicken (iffa dajaj is it?) , chicken fatayar and prawn biryani. Paired this with the OG Saudi champagne and each and every dish was a delight! The service was quick and the food was flavorful and well made. Can understand why people throng this place! Will definitely go back to try the Uzbeki rice and mandi😋

The outlet has decent range of Middle Eastern food range and you may try once. Price and Portion size are moderate. Taste is average Service takes time and staff is not well trained

We visited Al Bain recently, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. First, we had to wait for nearly 40 minutes to get seated because of the crowd. The restaurant has clearly been promoted heavily on Instagram and other platforms, but the seating capacity doesn’t match the hype. Now coming to the real issue — we placed our order after confirming the portion sizes with the staff, but the portions turned out to be much smaller than what was described. What made things worse was the misleading information about “unlimited rice.” It was clearly mentioned on both the menu and a notice board that half mandi comes with unlimited rice. But when we asked for more, the staff rudely said it only applies to the full mandi. When we brought this up at the billing counter, the owner’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable. He became aggressive, snatched the notice board, and even threw it at my friend’s face in front of everyone. He spoke with extreme arrogance and hostility, showing no professionalism whatsoever. We eat out almost every alternate day and have visited countless restaurants, but I’ve never witnessed such audacity and disrespect from an owner. The food itself was average at best, and no meal is worth being treated like that. Overall, terrible experience, rude management, and misleading information — definitely not recommended.

Mandi is just Ghee rice in basmati. Overpriced for the taste, quantity and packaging. Very bad experience.
