Had ordered the food few days back and it was not up to the mark but ordered it today mutton biriyani was amazing and others starter is also amazing they have taken the reviews seriously

The STAR biryani in Koramangala has grabbed my attention every single time I've passed by it due to the sheer size of their board! So when we were wondering where to go for dinner, the choice was simple. I've tried the one in Ambur and the food here and there is quite different. Pictured here are phulka, chicken gravy, chicken kabab, pepper teetar and another starter of shredded chicken with egg. The names of everything is authentically Tamil which makes it difficult to recall. The phulkas were light and went perfectly with the gravy. The starters were delicious and had a very traditional touch to them... the biryani (not pictured here) was just about ok. The mutton pieces were quite bad but the biryani itself tasted good. It was quite spicy for my palette but thats probably something that you'd expect from food here. It's fairly priced with reasonable service (not the best, but passable)... they do not have any fanfare attached to the menu in terms of beverages or even desserts. Overall a good meal and especially a treat to spice lovers.

the service & hygiene levels have been on a downward spiral. we had a team lunch on 1-12-23. the rice was not well cooked(could feel the starchy uncooked taste from hard rice), upon complaining the waiter informed us that the chef will hear us in a while. after sometime the waiter comes back and says the chef will not come here and this is how the rice will be.(I have been regular to this place and am a big fan of ambur biryani) - this was utter dismay. not done yet - one of the chicken biryani dished out cockroach by the end of the meal, when this was escalated, there was no response from the waiter, we stood up and went to the billing counter and explained to the lady at the counter, who heard us patiently and told that we will take this with their HO and handed over the bill unapologetically.🥲

We dine in 3 Biryani and1 dragon chicken and we took 1 chicken 65 parcel, very pathetic it’s overpriced not worth at all even the taste is not like original Ambur style.rather this we can opt Nagarjuna or empire it’s worth and loyal towards consumer.

Worst food and overpriced. Ordered chicken pepper fry and guntur fry chicken and both came with bones and less quantity for the price paid.Ordered mutton biryani which is highly overpriced.I could barely find any proper piece in that. Worst experience.

We found hair in the Biriyani not once not twice but three times! Never gonna order from this place ever again. Worst hygiene ever!

Ordered a mutton Briyani , hurray ! I got a cockroach with brinjal and tomato sauté :) Least concerned about the food hygiene!
