Look at the photos...have you ever seen a more attractive and creative cake? And trust me, it was even more tastier than it looks! On the occasion of my Dad's 70th birthday, I was thinking hard on what theme to order the cake on..and then suddenly I get this wicked idea of getting a cake that replicates the iconic Old Monk bottle! I hesitatingly placed the order at Ammas, Banaswadi and had kept really low expectations. Infact I was sure that the final piece would hardly look like a bottle, let alone Old Monk. They requested me to send a picture of the bottle and label which I sent across. But, the real bomb was waiting to blast on the delivery day... My God..what finish, looks, presentation and taste! I was totally floored! And the birthday boy was elated!! I have NEVER seen or had a better looking and tastier cake. That was the first time and since then I'm almost regularly at Ammas 2-3 times a week to savour their various flavors of pastries..of which White Cheese and Blueberry Cheese really stand out! Most Definitely the best bakers in town and unbelievably affordable...keep it up team!👍

Amma's is the only place that comes into my mind for a special cake on a special day! Always comes to my rescue when I forget a birthday or special occasion and then suddenly need a cake. Been visiting this place for years and they are just doing a great job. Their pastries are heaven and little bliss in every bite. I love chocolate flavours, and some of my favourites are chocolate cheese,chocolate mars,chocolate mousse,chocolate truffle and chocolate chilli.Blueberry cheese cake and galaxy is a must try! Although they need to work on the service a lot of confusion in checking the availability and billing the order!

I am giving 1less only because they made me wait 10mins for an order that I had placed online in the morning. I went half an hour after the time then too I had to wait. 4 is for the best cake I had ever had. It is a 7 layer cake which is heaven.... Wow it was.....

It was Red velvet and Blackforest cakes. I had already tasted Blackforest before, so i knew Amma's pastries wont let me down. Red velvet was lovely, so yummy. Do try chocolate cakes that are wonderful.

We picked up the Fresh Fruit Cake from Amma’s. I personally felt that the cake was too dry, however the fruits in the cake was generously spread around. The staff is friendly and cooperative enough to guide through the order process. If you have selected the cakes from the showcase then you don’t have to waste much time here, they take about 10mins to write the desired message in the cake and give it to you right away.

Been to to this to buy a birthday cake -  Few things to note - its a take away only They have lots of cakes for display purpose ! Their service is damn slow infact i would say pathetic ! Its not that they dont have sufficient staff - they have n number - but - they take ages to give one birthday cake - close to 25 - 30 mins  I ll narrate you why ! First i went ahead to select the black forest cake which is their signature one ! or speciality Yes we saw one and choose to have one - and selected it  Then when we ask them for they say they dont have the cake - infact it was right in front of them -  I had to show them the cake - then they come up with an excuse saying its not the regular square its a round one !! I was actually - shocked ! Then i somehow convinced them to give it to me and the person wrote on a pink slip and then handedover to me n said pay at counter and we shall deliver the cake -  Then we went to the billing counter ! The female at the billing counter again starts the whole process which cake - round one or square one ! She never listens to customers and tries to confirm with some chief person as per them - n this sir is always busy - !!!!! I finally requested her to bill it for me  And mentioned her clearly - saying i need the cake with a carry bag - candles and knife to cut it ! And for candles and a knife and carry bag they infact charge for every thing apart from cake -  They even charged us extra for the round shaped cake saying its special ! They hand over the bill - I went ahead and collected the cake .. They take another good 10 minutes time to just ask fr the message on cake n write it ! Then coming to the real deal  I just get the cake in the box I asked for candles and knife and carry bag - the person says - i dont have it mentioned in the bill. So we had to run again to the lady at the counter - n explain her She says slowly - that the next bill is not given so please take it now the second bill for those carry bag candles and knife ! Good heavens ! Not sure if they do any graduation degree for not being organised and confused ! so we finally collect our cake and return home to celebrate our friends birthday ! Only one saving grace here is - The cakes are reasonable  Its baked freshly and tasted good ! but coming to rest other points they are a BIG NO ! will i come back for sure - NO not at least to this outlet ! Find the pic of cake attached - VFM - 3/5 ( the prices are on the lower side compared to others) Taste - 3/5 (the cake is really freshly baked and tasted good ) Service - billing - 0 / 5

A pastry shop with different varieties of pastries,  Tasted triple Queen pastry.  It was good.  Not very sweet, very moist cake. the things which I did not like.  They do not give change and instead give a toffee.. I refused to take the toffee and told them to give me exact change. The tables out were not clean.  the paper plates were just lying outside.  None of the staff was there to clean it. Hence rating it 2 because of no hygiene.

Worst experience👎. The staff is inexperienced and they have a incapable way of taking order which i feel they need to change immediately. The staff isnt concerned about the customers . It was the worst experience i have ever had in any Amma's Pastries outlet. I hope they improve their service .

I Had one of of the worst experience, they had charged Rs.600 additional for the design, however the entire top layer slide when questioned the answer was we always have icing between 2 layers they charged 2.5k for the cake and made sure to spoil the entire occasion.

Very worst customer service......They make you sit in hot sun to have pastries.....Better they can move their seating inside rather outside.....
