Ordered the Chocolate Mars Cake for a family occasion this morning. I must say it was indeed phenomenal. The fresh pastry was moist, fresh, just sweetened enough and quite professionally made as well. The young lady who served me very knowledgeable, courteous as well. The pricing of the cake too was fantastic compared to today’s real high pricing in the market. You have earned yourself a repeat customer in me for sure. Thank you so much.

Love this outlet and this is the place which always comes in my mind at the time of celebrations. They have variety flavours. Pastries we're too good, they bake fresh cakes and comparing it has cheaper prices

The place is clean and very well maintained. You can find really yummy pastries at very affordable prices. I tried the vanilla cream cup cake...it looks cute and tastes fine :)

Best thing and I love here is six wonders, choco truffle and cheese cake. Almost all the cake are good.. I personally recommend those three..

"Amma's Pastries"-- located at jayanagar 4th block is a cool place for Variety of flavoured pastries.... What I had ? 1) Chocolate Butterscoth pastry. 2) White Forest. Try out once at Amma's Pastries they are really good with ample variety of Flavoured pastries and chocolates ... They have variety of chocolates which Attract kids...

Cakes and pastries are the best selling here............ Friendly staff and service. Delicious cakes, puff..... And they sell home made chocolates which are absolute favorite to me...

I have been a regular customer to Amma's chain, I have usually gone to BTM outlet. Yesterday and I even before I have visited to Jayanagar 4th block outlet, even the fast moving flavours, they don't keep it ready. They make us wait for 14 mins just for 3 pieces of choco truffle cake and finally I lost my patience to sit and wait and told if it's still taking time I will check in cakewala which is just next to Amma's. Amma's manager boy very carelessly said, we can check with cakewala. Very pathetic experience and ZERO customer satisfaction. And they served cheeze samosa in place of veg samosa, i mean it was really bad! I will never visit Jayanagar Amma's again. Worst franchisee spoiling Amma's brand

I have Order cake from ammas they not give good quality of cake its content is around 3 kg and its completely waste of money please check the pic how they have prepared. As name indicates good brand .. but they are fail to prepare the stable base for all the layers

Ordered a cake for my Son's first birthday and this is how they wrote on it. they didn't replace the cake after complaining. this is the second time they have ruined the cake with this illegible writing on it. Will be my last.
