My favourite place. I like the taste very much. I haven't taste like this cake any were. I love the cake very much.... This is my all time favourite place. I have tasted few flavours in that I like black forest, white forest, almond and etc....

Another great chain of bakery's. Great taste, pocket friendly, friendly staff, decent Ambience are plus points. Since it's on a main road, parking is a little difficult.

One of the best places in the area to have deserts. This is my first stop whenever I am craving for yummy pastries. Though every desert available isn't equally good, they do have wide variety at low prices. Also they have good distinctions in the store for egg/eggless and cold/hot. Very professional, hygienic and pocket friendly. Recommended for students

Amma’s pastries same everywhere. My experience is same with all 3 at least 😊 so this holds good same as BTM 2nd stage Amma’s pastries. But what makes this place best is their service! People are so humble here and they value each customer! For their service I am giving them extra 1 point 😊

Amma's pastries is one of the best from long time... There taste is same all over Bangalore.. have tasted in more than 5places till now.. there best is chocolate truffle.. and sometime back my favourite there was chicken samosa... Yummy spicy samosa.. and best thing is instant ready pastries...

Budget Cake shop. But their cakes are too soggy. As if dripping with water. But it’s economical . Some people like the wet taste. They have lots of variety too.

Okay so lets keep taste and product aside, I will come straight to the customer service. Customer service there in Amma's pastry is pathetic. At first they will be pretty nice to you, but then when it comes to money, like as sometimes what happens money get paid twice and if you return there to claim your money, they will start asking you to wait. They wouldn't be able to check it by themselves,but they will be asking you to share your payment screenshot, seriously?? Its like being a quite popular bakery in Bangalore you need screenshot to check the transaction? Can't you have a better software to check the payment history then and there by customer's id and time? Okay I assume you don't have. Then they will not be able to see the transaction date time, where as its clearly mentioned in the screenshot the timing and date. Chalo you showed them no problem. Then the man who is taking care of it he will start faking the tantrum saying wait for five minutes more, and they will start discussing among each other by the regional language looking at you. When you ask them about the status the man will start saying it takes time, you have to wait. And the body language is as if you supposed to pay them, they are not the one who supposed to refund you. And the man who attends the customer I assume he is the pasty chef or Chef de parti or anything he will come saying please stand that side and you are screeming. Lol, it feels like saying dude who are you? You don't know how to treat your customer? Is this Amma's pastry's customer service? There is no empathy nothing, not even trying to listen to the customer, instead he was there try to scold the customer. AT LAST I WANT TO SAY, THIS MALLESWARAM BRUNCH IS WORST, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE GUEST SERVICE, NEITHER THEY HAVE ANY COURTESY AND EMPATHY IN THEIR VOICE, IT FEELS SOME UNDER GROUND DONS AND ANTISOCIALS ARE HANDLING THE OPERATION OVER THERE. MOTHER'S PASTRY HAVE SOME TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT IN YOUR ORG, SO THAT AT LEAST THEY LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE AND HOW TO BE A PROFESSIONAL. IF THIS CONTINUES LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE LOTS OF CUSTOMER. WORST EXPERIENCE, FELT LIKE GIVING 0. BUT SADLY THAT OPTION DOESN'T EXIST.

Pretty disappointed with their Red velvet cake. I have had other pastries from here many times before. And they were all delicious. So ordered a Red Velvet cake from here for a birthday with high expectations. The cake was pathetic. Nothing like Red velvet, except for the color. They put plain cream instead of Cream cheese frosting!! Would never recommend a Red Velvet from here.
