Had dinner here, Rubel Sharma was very attentive and helpful. The food is very good and tasty. Must visit place along with gaming. Enjoyed the signature drinks and non-vegetarian food here, Loved all the things. Chicken tenders, mutton pepper fry and winning shot drink deserve a praise. Will visit again. Recommended.

This was easily the weirdest and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The lack of basic coordination and customer service was appalling from start to finish. The front desk gave us one set of instructions, while the staff inside completely contradicted them and rudely sent us right back. Every simple question about the menu or service was met with visible annoyance. When I asked for coffee options, the server outright claimed they don't sell coffee. Only after I pointed it out directly on their menu did they dismissively agree to send a cappuccino. We were denied items we had already paid for online because our 5th guest hadn't arrived yet. Worse, the staff insisted we must place an additional order before they would release the food we had already paid for a completely bizarre and dishonest practice. When we politely asked if we could charge a phone, the staff giggled among themselves as if denying us was a joke, before telling us to find a port inside ourselves. After paying the bill, one staff member made us wait around like we were somehow suspicious, while another staff member immediately came over and pushed us to leave because the next batch of guests was waiting. Complete miscommunication, zero coordination, and shockingly bad attitude. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
