This has to be one of the best, if not THE BEST Biryani I've had in a long time. I've never eaten Biryani for breakfast but was surprised to hear about this unique experience. Traveling for more than 35 Kms from Bengaluru to Hoskote to try this lip smacking Biryani was all worth to wake up at 5 in the morning. The whole experience was just great and beautiful. The line was long to have a plate of Biryani. The Biryani, it's the best I've tasted in a long time and it's also Halal. Biryani could have a bit more spicy for the weather but the mutton chunks made up for everything. Everyone in Namma Bengaluru must try this place atleast once. 4 star rating for not maintaining proper social distancing measures at the place but a million stars for the Biryani.

This place serves some delicious mutton biryani. You get enough pieces and served with raitha. Beware the food is piping hot. The mutton soup was average. The place gets packed very easily. It's about Rs 180 for a biryani.

I had come to this restaurant after hearing alot of people talking about this place. The restaurant opens up at around 6:30AM in the morning ( It is open only on tuesday, friday and sunday). You will have to stand in a cue, pay and collect your coupon or token. They serve only Mutton biryani (full plate and half plate) and Mutton paya soup. The paya soup is available in a separate counter and you will have to pay and collect the soup at the same counter. The meat is halal cut. The place has very less seating arrangement and people also stand and eat. Do not expect alot of hygiene. I felt that the place is a little over hyped. However,it was a good experience riding all the way to have biryani early in the morning.

Went there on a Friday, reached at around 5:10, there was already a queue of 50 people in the line, they opened at around 6. There is no queue management, people rush in as soon as the doors are open. The quantity of mutton in the take away parcels are less than the dine in (read stand, it's very difficult to get a seat after 6) plates. The biryani has a lot of mutton fat in the rice, which adds to the flavour if you're dining in and having it piping hot, at the same time, ruins it if re heated for take away parcels. Fried chicken kebab and soups are also available inside. We had paaya soup, which was just a lot of ginger and no flavour.

I felt its the hype that brings people to this place. Stories of early morning biriyani, huge crowd, large vessels with biriyani, YouTube videos showing the making of the Biriyani has added to the hype. Its a one time try, because the taste is very subjective and could lead to highly polarized opinion. I am not a great fan of this, however I have seen others who are regulars here. If you have lot of time on a Sunday early morning and have a mood to stand for 45mins and eat biriyani, you can try this out.

After hearing a lot about people taking about the famous Hoskote dum biriyani. Had been there after a refreshing ride and ended up being disappointed. It's surely not worth for the money. It tastes okay with some sort of smokey flavour. Can visit once just for a experience

Surprised ppl take so much trouble of driving all the way up early morning …….. wait in a line. The sad part is the biryani is just average. Even the meat was not of the best quality.

Not worth the wait, travel. It is just Donne Biriyani marketed as Dum Biriyani. All Banglore IT people are fooled by name of DUM Biriyani. I rate the Biriyani 3/5, over hyped and over marketed.

Please do not parcel biryani here. They scam people. Parcel has a separate counter and they give only rice with one piece. Cost of this biryani is 270.
