Good restaurant to dine in. only problem is they don't provide baby high chairs. so it becomes difficult when you go out with toddlers. Food and Service is top notch. Overall a very good restaurant.

Very poor service, seems like they are understaffed. Biriyani which is supposedly a dish ready to serve, took forever to come! The beverages ordered came only after repeatedly asking for it 4 to 5 times. Was on the bucket list to visit for sometime as there always used to be a rush outside whenever I passed by but was really disappointed how it turned out.

The food now comes from the central kitchen and the taste has changed a lot. Andhra Ruchulu is my weekly go to place ...but with the quality of food has gone down upto a large extend. Pappu , Sambhar , chutney, rasam and even white rice quality was not good.

Waiter asked me to wait for 40 minutes to wait for any item order or forcibly take only meals. For kids there is no half meal or free, we have to pay full which is not there in other restaurants. It is a horrible crowded place. Save your time and prefer other hotels

Poppu taste was not at all andhra poppu, it was like North Indian dal. no salt, no spice, no tamarind
