food was lacking flavor! either it is too spicy or too creamy!... can do so much better we got the order served in below 10min(coriander chicken, beemavaram royyala vepudu and guntur bilal mutton biriyani), was it already made before we even order?? and food was not hot! 😶

Having had a wonderful experience during our initial visit in January, we decided to return yesterday. However, we were informed that there has been a change in the head chef over the past two months. Unfortunately, the dishes were exceptionally spicy—to the extent that even as individuals accustomed to Andhra cuisine, we found them nearly unpalatable. We were also disappointed to learn that the menu offers very limited options for low- or medium-spice levels, and the staff was unable to adjust the preparation to accommodate our preferences. While we have no complaints regarding the taste or the quality of service, the excessive spice unfortunately left our entire family suffering from stomach upset and discomfort today. We hope this feedback can be used to improve consistency and flexibility in spice customization for your guests.

Terrible experience with the service staff.The staff here treated us like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with eye-rolls and the waiters behaved with a shocking amount of attitude and hostility when we asked for basic items. A bad attitude ruins even the best food.
