Came here with colleagues after work. We all ordered different drinks and everyone was happy. Service was smooth despite the rush. Comfortable seating and calm ambience helped us relax. A good after-work hangout.

The cafe has a very grounded vibe. Not overly commercial. Coffee tasted authentic and fresh. Staff interaction felt genuine, not robotic. That human touch makes a big difference.

A nice escape from city noise. Inside it feels calm and warm. Coffee was smooth and easy to drink. Staff behavior was respectful and attentive. I’d return just for the vibe.

Service is too slow. Anything other than Americano or Espresso is a waste of money. Food is bad and not worth the price you pay.

Had a pretty average experience at Araku today (11 Apr 2026). Had a pretty long waiting time and still did not get a proper seating for 4 people and was requested to adjust. We accepted that given the long wait. The coffees were ok ok. But the saddest part was the expired kombucha which they served us. We took it for having on the go and later found that it had already expired (23.03.2026). How can such a big outlet sell expired products and that too their own brand of kombucha which they are charging Rs 200 for an MRP of Rs 160. I will not recommend anyone to go there. There are plenty of good coffee outlets on the same road.

We found hair in the coffee, and then when showed it to the staff at the cafe, they tried to insinuate and tell us that it was probably our hair The funniest part was, we were looking at the barista who were making coffee, and they were not even wearing a hair cap so it’s definitely their hair . Fun fact both of us literally have brown hair and the hair that we found in the coffee was black. It was a very bad experience, and we never come back to this cafe
