staff behavior was good. Tandoori chicken, mushroom biriyani and sholay taste was good. however, prawn biryani and mutton biryani taste was ok and chicken leg roast taste was bad. All the beverages like lichi lagoon, blue lagoon has too much of sweet especially triple flair was too much of sugar....slightly over priced. ambience and staff were good.

Quality of food is gone. For 400 rs biryani, 2 small chicken pieces. Biryani was cold at 1.30 pm which is peak time. Their quality used to be good 2 years back. They have not improved despite multiple feedback. Will avoid this restaurant chain as none of the branches are good. I tried Sarjapur , Hsr and jayanagar

Hair in biryani !!?? running a hotel should not only mean money ! I spotted a hair in my food and when asked about it people were so ready to accept it to cancel the order . No apology nothing!! Terrible just terrible
