Food quality can be improved. Biryani was oily gravy was oily. our starters were oily. I asked to redeem my reward points even before I placed my order. and the person who took my order said he will do it and at the end after they generated the bill. they said it's not possible.

Kolkata chicken biryani was really bad. It was just a ghee rice. No masala was added properly. Drums of heaven was good. Soft drink was served in plastic glasses which is not expected from a fine dining restaurant

the food was very good, but the service was disappointing and could be improved. Not satisfied with the service, we had to remind the waiter 4-5 to get a glass of water.
