we went for my partner's pre birthday celebrations and since there is a street food festival going on, we tried that. to my surprise, the food varieties were not up to the level of expectations we thought. I did attend some other hotels such food festivals, but this is way beyond them. right from the starters to main course to desserts, everything is a let down.

The seats were dusty... Very limited menu, seems only on weekdays... Had to discuss with the Manager on a very basic dish.

I had one of the worst experiences at Aurum. The place is clearly unable to manage the crowd properly. The food was delivered extremely late — we received just one starter after waiting 45 minutes. To make things worse, the food quality was disappointing and the drinks were equally bad. Definitely not worth the long wait. When we asked the manager about the delay, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he casually said, “Okay, cancel it.” The response was rude and completely unacceptable. If you cannot manage the crowd and cater to so many people, you should stop admitting more guests. Poor management, terrible service, bad food and drinks, and a completely spoiled experience. Very disappointing.

​"Easily the worst hospitality I’ve experienced in years. The management at Aurum is a joke—it’s like they’ve never run a business before. We were ignored from the moment we walked in, and when we finally caught someone's attention, they acted like we were a nuisance for being there. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience while paying premium prices, this is the place for you. I’m never coming back. worst experience evrrrrr. Please dont even think about this place...

Very bad service. They discussed with us for half hour on the booking and made us book 3 times. They were only looking for their benefit and making us lose our discount with each booking. Not recommended to visit with family
