Terrible experience with Babylonia. They made a mistake with the bill, then contacted me late at night demanding extra payment afterward instead of taking responsibility for their own error. Completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing customer service. If you can’t manage billing properly, don’t disturb customers after they leave.
