A Spicy Culinary Journey: A Review of Andhra Restaurant Bahuka is one of the finest options for Andhra cuisine in Bangalore. We have been to their ITPL branch for having dinner. The name "Bahuka" is inspired from a character in Mahabharata who was a king well known for his culinary expertise. We personally felt the name "Bahuka" is the apt one to be given for this restaurant after trying out their dishes as everything came really well up to the mark. ► Atmosphere: It captures the essence of a typical Andhra dining experience. The atmosphere is calm and offers a pleasant dine in experience with your family and friends. They have got ample seating arrangements. ► Menu: In addition to specializing in Andhra cuisine, they also offer well-known Chinese dishes. They offer Buffet (Non-Vegetarian/Vegetarian) and a la carte options. The price of the unlimited buffet is Rs 349 for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Buffet service is offered daily for lunch and dinner. Nonetheless, the vegetarian buffet option will not be available for dinner. ╫ For Non Veg Buffet, they offer the following items: 1. 3 Varieties of Chicken Starters 2. 2 Varieties of Chicken Dum Biriyani ( Andhra/ Hyderabad mainly) 3 Butter Naan 4. Chicken Curry 5. Pappu (Andhra Style) 6. White Rice 7 Rasam 8. Salad ╫ For Veg Buffer, they have the following options: 1. 3 Varieties of Veg Starters 2. 2 Varieties of Hyderabadi Dum Biriyanis (Veg) 3. Butter Naan 4. Veg Curry 5. Pappu (Andhra Style) 6. White Rice 7. Rasam 8. Salad In addition, there is a request not to waste food and to share the buffet with a second individual. The applicable food waste fee is as described below: - Rs 10 will be charged for 1 Single Starter item - Rs 50 will be charged for 1 biriyani piece Their main Ala-Carte & Beverage options are as follows: 1. Ulavacharu 2. Pulav ( Veg & Non Veg) 3. Gongura Chicken/ Mutton Biriyani 4. Fry Piece Chicken Biriyani 5. Nannari Sarbath Their dishes are prepared with premium ingredients such as Daawat basmati rice, Nandini milk products, and "My Chicken and More" for chicken, lamb, and eggs. ► Customer Service: Their hospitality was truly remarkable. The Manager was extremely hospitable and ensured that our stay in Bahuka was enjoyable. Staff members Rohit and Sabir were very proactive in receiving our orders and promptly delivering them to our table. ► Food & Beverages: We began our culinary adventure with their a la carte menu. We sampled their Prawns Pepper, Gobi 65, Mushroom Pepper Fry, Baby Corn Manchurian, and Gongura Chicken Biriyani from the a la carte menu. All of the served dishes were equally delicious. The Gongura Chicken Biriyani was made with basmati rice, chicken, gongura leaves, and numerous seasonings. The unique sour and tangy flavor of the gongura leaves is mitigated by the spiciness of the remaining ingredients. The chicken in gongura chicken biryani is typically marinated in a mixture of yogurt, spices, and lemon juice before being cooked. We liked the Biriyani but our personal favourite is the Hyderbadi Biriyani. The Biriyani was tasty, but our favorite is the Hyderabadi Biriyani. From the buffet section, we sampled their Andhra Style Chicken Fry, Chicken Kebab, Kadai Chicken, Chicken 65, Andhra-style chicken Biryani, and Hyderabadi Boneless Chicken Biryani from the buffet. Each dish was equally delicious and freshly prepared. We personally liked their Hyderbadi boneless chicken Biriyani. The aroma of the fragrant rice, the succulent chicken, and the explosion of seasonings were a real treat for the senses. The rice used was Long grain Basmati rice from Daawat and the flavour was really scrumptious with the right amount of piquancy. The texture of the Biriyani looked splendid. The Kadai chicken was also delicious, with a flavor comparable to that of butter chicken, although the gravy was not as thick as that of butter chicken. Together with Naan/Roti, they make a delicious meal. From the beverage We had their Nannari Sarbath. The drink was luscious and refreshing. ► Our Personal favorites: - Prawns Pepper - Hyderbadi Chicken Boneless Biriyani - Andhra style Chicken Fry Bahuka provides an authentic and delightful journey through the flavors of Andhra and Hyderbad. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine and enjoy the thrill of spicy food, this restaurant is a must-visit. It certainly offers a memorable experience for those seeking a taste of the diverse and rich flavors of Andhra cuisine. Altogether we have had a pleasant dine-in experience in Bahuka and we look forward to our next visit.

For just 349/- they have 18 variety of food unlimited unlimited and unlimited. Which comes with both veg and non veg. Non veg comes with chicken fry Andhra style, chicken kabab, sesame chicken, Hyderabadi chicken biriyani, Hyderabadi boneless chicken dum biryani, chicken curry, veg kolhapuri, mushroom biriyani, hyderabadi veg dum biriyani, 3 types of veg starters, raitha, rasam, Papu, butter naan, roti and white rice. Definitely so much items for 349 is unlimited nobody can give for sure in this Bengaluru City. The place comes in Whitefield near nallur Halli metro station and can be easily walkable distance from it. The Ambience super good with nice seating arrangements, where you have for couple, family and corporate people with capacity of 15-20 at one go. Over all an excellent place to have unlimited meals, definitely do visit with your friends and family members for sure.

Bahuka! One of the best places in Bangalore for some great food, really loved the place. The place is pretty huge and can accommodate a huge crowd. The ambience is decent and it’s hygienic. They have a buffet option as well, serving authentic Andhra cuisine with 2-3 types of biryani and starters, veg and non veg both! The service is pretty good and promising. Highly recommended:- • Paneer Tikka • Chicken crispy • Chicken Banjara kebab • Chicken kebab Overall had a great experience would love to visit again!❤️

Food was really good and price was very decent for a buffet. Especially the Nellore chicken Biryani is superb. Taste of the spread is good. only thing I missed is the chicken soup was not there.

First impression was bad yesterday.. they given wrong info about kid's buffet charges when I called. Secondly, most of the staffs were chit chat among themselves and don't bother about customers. They don't even bother wheather the items are over, paneer briyani was kept without paneer and when I asked it came after 15 mins.. by the time I lost my interest to have. The staff at the counter had a very great attitude and did not even go through basic training to talk to customers. very less number of veg gravy items.

First and last time visit. Biggest mistake. Went ala carte and had ordered Mughal chicken Biriyani. Suffering from diarrhoea since yesterday. spoiled food with third class ambience. Noticed people were piling up items on their plates like there is no tomorrow.
