It was such an amazing experience. We went for an Engagement Date on 12th Nov. The Customer service, Food , Ambience and Music , everything was just perfect. We were even given a surprise with a cake by the Staff team at Bang . Thank you Team for making our date a spectacular one. ☺️

The hospitality provided by the staffs was fabulous. I went for a dinner to celebrate the birthday to The Market and then BANG .Truly overwhelmed!!!

The rooftop al fresco lounge is perfect for enjoying sundowners. The bar serves exceptional cocktails and mocktails. Despite its compact size, the venue offers an impressive selection of music genres, often featuring EDM or techno DJs, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

Been there to celebrate a special occasion on a Saturday evening. But sadly only option in food was platter. Literally nothing else in food. With no choice left, asked to serve the same. But the food was served cold. That's not the expectation I had from BANG. Special moment was kind of ruined bcz of this. It's a premium place but experience was sub par.

We visited Rooftop Lounge Bang last night with office colleagues, expecting a good evening. Unfortunately, it turned into a very scary and unsafe experience. While we were standing and chatting, one of the floor tiles suddenly broke under our feet. What we noticed after was even more shocking – there was hardly any proper support structure beneath the tiles. One of my colleagues got hurt when the tile collapsed, and another narrowly avoided getting his foot stuck in the hole created (see attached image). To make matters worse, when we looked into the hollow space under the tiles, we could see water accumulated inside. We couldn’t tell if it was drainage water or rainwater, but in either case, it was extremely unhygienic and dangerous. This is a major safety and security lapse, and shockingly, this isn’t even the first time such an incident has happened here. For a place inside a supposed 5-star property, it is unbelievable how such a critical safety loophole is being overlooked. The management seriously needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately before a bigger accident happens. As of now, the place is not at all safe and not recommended. We expected a premium experience but instead walked away shaken and disappointed.

So we went to this place after booking a table. When we reached there we were told that the tables were full. We literally had to call the Hotel Desk Executive to prove that we had made the booking. There was no one to serve us. We had to wait for like 20-25 minutes to get our drinks, even though the place was completely empty. We had ordered small portions of drink but were charged for double on the pretext that the server who had taken the order had written so. They only had dal and roti in the main course, which was told to us after 30 mins of waiting. I have never seen a worse and unprofessional staff. It completely ruined my birthday.

Came with a reservation but were turned back because we had a kid (fair, but would help to have that called out during the booking). The f&b manager was nice enough to follow up and offered us to get a pic clicked at the rooftop. However, when we went up to bang again, we were turned back again by the manager at bang (even for clicking pics). Quite uncoordinated and disappointing for such a place. On the contrary, the service at riwaaz (another restaurant on the premises) was quite lovely, and made up for the bad experience at bang, though!

They charge separate for drinks and food where they give discount only on food It’s sad that the brand is promoting such stuff Thought the food and drinks were good Joel and the Manager Prabha could have done better by not changing the Zomato discount as per their convinience As it was mentioned for total bill and not just the food bill

It was my first time at Bang, naturally I had a lot of expectations. The DJ and crowd were great but the food was as underwhelming as it gets. At this price point it’s a crime to serve such below average food.
