The service is very slow and any request for a starter was taking ages to fulfil. The food was ok but the variety was very less and the staff was not able to manage the crowd. The taste of food can be improved but its the service that needs to be improved a lot.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Marathahalli branch. This visit completely spoiled what was supposed to be a good day, and I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone based on how we were treated. The service was the biggest letdown — the staff were not polite, seemed careless, and lacked basic courtesy. Food was not served properly; it felt rushed and handled without attention, almost like it was being thrown around rather than served. While the starters and desserts were just okay, the main course was a complete disappointment in terms of taste and quality. On top of that, items listed on the menu (like juices) were simply unavailable when we tried to order, which shows poor management and planning. Overall, this experience reflects a serious gap in service standards and customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because such experiences really impact customer trust and ruin special occasions.

I recently hosted a small party here, and the experience was highly disappointing. The service was unacceptably slow, and the venue was completely unprepared—we experienced shortages of everything, including food, plates, and spoons. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. When asked about the missing dessert, we were given a pathetic excuse that it had 'all melted.' I would give this place zero or negative stars if the platform allowed it. I cannot recommend this establishment

Went to Barbeque Nation with my family on Friday at 9 PM and had a terrible experience. After a long wait, our table wasn’t even started, and despite repeatedly asking—especially since I was with kids—no food was served. Eventually, we had to leave without eating. Very disappointing service; I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect timely service and a good dining experience. 😞🍽️

Booked a table for 17 at Barbeque Nation for a birthday. On arrival, seating for only 14 in a cramped space. Waited 1.5 hrs for seating, many buffet items unavailable, drinks took 1 hr, and another 1.5 hrs just for the bill (no billing machine!). Executives Vikas & Akash were dismissive throughout. A celebration turned into a frustrating ordeal. Expect better accountability.

One food in veg item was stale clearly and was smelling. And another mix veg gravy had chicken bone in it that came in my mouth while chewing, I felt disgusted 😖
