Although this outlet of barbeque nation is relatively modest and small compared to other outlets, don't let it fool you into believing that the food or service will be below par. Food here, just like any other barbeque nation is top-rate in terms of both quality and variety. The small size of the outlet actually ensures less crowding leading to better service and easier access to the buffet. They have a fantastic range of starters as well as main course dishes in both veg and non-veg. Starters are served at your table while you have a buffet spread for the main course. Dessert too is not far behind in terms of quality and variety. This place is a definite recommendation from my side, specially if you're looking for good quality food available in unlimited quantity.

They were overbooked they told they have sitting capacity of 104 people and they booked for 120 people They argued with us and insisted us to complete our lunch in hurry otherwise they cannot let us in it was a very bad experience

I visited this outlet on 12th June, and it was by far the worst Barbecue Nation experience I have ever had. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely unprepared to handle a large crowd. Everything was delayed, and the service was very poor. There was a person in a white uniform, whom I believe was the manager. When we politely asked why everything was taking so long, instead of addressing our concern, he started arguing with us. One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic utensils. Most of the time, there were no plates or spoons available at the buffet section, and no one seemed concerned about replenishing them. At the beginning of the meal, I repeatedly asked multiple staff members for a soup bowl. They simply pointed towards a location where there were no bowls available and walked away without bothering to help further. The staff generally appeared indifferent to customer requests. It felt like no one cared whether customers were getting what they needed. Another issue was the lack of discipline within the restaurant. Some children were running around the restaurant screaming, and no staff member attempted to control the situation. They were also eating food directly at the dessert counter, leaving partially eaten items behind, yet no one intervened. To make matters worse, loud music was being played throughout the restaurant, making it feel more like a club than a family dining restaurant. It appeared that a large group had been given control of the music, and the volume and song choices were extremely irritating. The delays in service were unacceptable. We literally had to wait around 20 minutes before starters were served at our table. Another disappointing aspect was the quality of the non-vegetarian buffet items. In the non-veg buffet section, the Egg Fried Rice had virtually no egg in it, and the Chicken Dum Biryani had little to no chicken. As customers, we are paying for the non-vegetarian buffet experience, so it is frustrating to find that the very ingredients that define these dishes are missing. It completely defeats the purpose of choosing the non-vegetarian option when the main course items barely contain the non-vegetarian ingredients they are supposed to have. This further added to the overall disappointment of the dining experience. I have visited several Barbecue Nation outlets before and generally had good experiences, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. This was easily the worst Barbecue Nation outlet I have visited, and the overall experience left a very negative impression. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both customer service and crowd management.

vegetarian gravies are very sweet. very loud and noisy restaurant. never go on weekends. food has to be improved a lot. Gayatri the water is very very good
