I just wanted to say a big thank you to the entire team at BBQ Kalyan Nagar The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were spot on. What made the experience even better was the amazing service — every staff member was so sweet, warm, and welcoming. You can truly feel the love and care in both the food and the hospitality. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful time. Keep up the great work!

Food was ok. not great. no much varieties. service was slow. Had asked for roti s but was given after half an hour. deserts were also of not great taste. the chicken biryani was dry. no much options for buffet. taste was not upto mark.. after the crowd increased we were served very slow and made to wait for everything. not recommended at all. the taste of all starters served was same. no much difference at all. pathetic service

A rating of 4 for this restaurant seems highly misleading. The ambience is below average—it's a cramped space with uncomfortable seating. As for the food, it was extremely disappointing. The non-vegetarian items looked stale, and the vegetarian options were limited to just paneer—nothing remotely interesting on the menu. Before COVID, BBQ used to be one of the best places with a wide variety of dishes, but the quality has significantly deteriorated since then. The service was equally underwhelming. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed more focused on collecting positive reviews than actually providing good service. It felt awkward and uncomfortable when they asked for high ratings openly in front of everyone. Feedback and reviews should be requested discreetly, not forced in a public setting.

I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant today. The table provided to us was not clean, which set a poor tone from the beginning. The food quality was below expectations, lacking both taste and freshness. To make matters worse, the service was extremely poor — the staff seemed inattentive and unprofessional. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be recommending Barbeque Nation to anyone based on this visit.

I arrived few minutes late the staff told booking cancelled made a new booking during which despite repeating several times made sure to capture email id incorrectly to avoid survey and service was not great

very bad and pathetic experience very unhygienic way of keeping the buffet ..........not expected this from barbecue nation judgmental staff .....they worried for their bill only ....... spoiled my evening
