we had prebooked for 8pm. however we got table after 30 mins. at around 9 pm they kept the hot coal so that the starter can be served. extremely poor service. poor food quality. chicken tangdi & tikka were smelling. prawns were burnt. no live counter. it was our anniversary celebration the cake came after 35 mins but Noone came to congratulate from the team. the bill came after 30mims. complete disaster in service & food quality. never recommend anyone to have food from barbeque nation Phoenix market city whitefield.

service is not good. they are careless and staff is only caring for first 10 minutes. when we asked for starters they are least bothered and no body will try to reach out. too worst behaviour. if there is too crowded we can understand, even though 40% occupancy also they are least bothered on addressing customers.
