ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜೋಳದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಊಟ/Uttara Karnataka Jolada Rotti Oota (North Karnataka Jowar Ki Roti Meal) 😍😋 The taste of all the items were superb. Most of the items are unlimited. This restaurant is run by Lingayat community who came from Dharwad in North Karnataka. This meal has close relation with Marathi meal but the only difference is that in North Karnataka all the food items are served on Banana Leaf where as in Maharashtra all the food items are served on stainless steel plate.

I used to have my day's every meal here for some time, really liked their Parotas, Dosas, Idli Sambhar, chaat and many other dishes. Their Set Dosa is the best I have had anywhere in Bengaluru.

Basaveshwara Khanavali is a hidden gem, quietly tucked away on the busy street near Anandrao circle. This place serves authentic north Karnataka food. We went there during the lunch time and boy o boy, what a treat it was to try the full unlimited meals. The items on the menu were, Kayi Obbattu (Coconut Holige), Jowar Roti, cucumber salad, Raita, Majjige, Herakai Gravy, Channa Masala, papad, Rice, samabar, rasam, gun powder, pickle, and curds. Sumptuous menu and the food tastes absolutely amazing and it's priced well too. An unlimited meal would cost you 220/- and worth every penny you pay. The serving staff is very attentive and are on their toes to serve you hot fresh food and are enthusiastic about their job. Happy staff , Great food = Great customer experience. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will surely come back for more. Food- 4/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Service- 5/5 Value for money- 5/5 Go tingle your taste buds!

This place serves some excellent North Karnataka staple food the jolada roti. While they have quite a number of branches in Bangalore, we visited the one located in Malleshwaram. The meal priced at 200 + is an unlimited meal served on the banana leaf. The sides like junuka, green gram usli, raita, salad , chutney pudi are along wit that hot jolada roti and butter is worth to give it a try. If this isn't filling ur tummy u still have the rice of the day and white rice with sambar, rasam, buttermilk, curds and sweet .

Seems the menu has been changed. The menu is not unlimited now.. Food was okayish. Price is quite heavy.
