There’s a lot of places nearby, but the energy here is different. Samay is usually the one leading the charge, and he’s remarkably professional for someone his age. He stays on top of the crowd, making sure no one is left waiting too long, all while keeping the quality of the service 10/10. It’s refreshing to see someone so focused and genuinely good at what they do.

Samay really knows his coffee. I told him I wanted something strong but not bitter, and he recommended a specific manual brew that was absolutely perfect. Aside from the great recommendation, he was just super attentive—making sure I had water, checking in at the right time, and keeping the whole service feeling effortless.

It’s always a good day when Samay is working. The place was slammed today, but he was so patient—found me a spot to sit and gave me a really solid recommendation when I asked what was fresh. He’s just naturally good at making people feel welcome.

Shoutout to Samay for saving my lunch break today. It was crazy busy, but he was so sharp, he found me a spot to sit within two minutes and recommended a really good item from the menu that I’d never tried before. Fast, friendly, and very helpful.

Had a lovely time at this café! The ambiance was cozy, the food was delicious, and the coffee was just perfect. Special thanks to Abhishek for the warm hospitality and great service—he made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!😊

No cutlery served, no water served, iced latte was not cold- had to ask for ice (basic expectation in iced latte) and had house flies inside the cafe.

cold coffee was good but lotus latte didn't have lotus biscoff taste. just one biscuit was on top. it tasted like coffee.

One of my worst experience at a restaurant in years!  At 11.30 am on a weekend, they were out of all egg dishes, out of all smoothie bowls, out of all rice bowls. When I tried ordering a sandwich I was told i could order the sw but they are out of Chips!!  MotherF*****. It's like the biggest FU to the customer who has come to your shop first thing on their lazy weekend morning expecting to have a nice time. The chiken Mac and cheese I ordered came out to be veg. Oh, and I'd made a zomato table booking by paying a nominal amount, which I was promptly told they don't accept anymore so god alone knows who the F is taking those Rs 50 for every sham booking happening which was never accounter for in our bill. Absolute SHIT SHOW. You need to do better Beanlore.
