I paid 50/- for a cup of hot black coffee the size of my palm, they took 25 mins to prepare it and it was not even warm.

I had ordered chole bhature, samosa, chai and coffee firstly the service was too slow too bad we had to go and collect the order from kitchen and the staff had make ruckus over there, no proper process, staffs fighting between themselves and finally they provided the chole bhature, my god the oil😭 it was black then they said coffee is not available so they gave chai the chole was tasting very different, like it qas old or something stale maybe hated it so much!! never visiting again

Ordered the pav bhaji, paneer chilli and masala puri… Pav bhaji lacks any flavour. For 249 rupees it’s a complete disappointment Paneer chilli only tasted good because of the paneer. The chilli in itself was sad. Too much pepper and reliance on sauces Masala puri had too much chilli powder and they forgot to add any imli chutney

While certain things are still edible, the problem at Bhartiya Jalpan is that they've become greedy and do not care about food. priorities have changed and everything is about money - illogical prices - for example - soda shikanji is 139 while lassi is 109. Doesn't make sense at all! Ridiculous pricing for below average chole bhature!

Place is going down the drain. i ordered chole bhature and the onions had black fungus. They are charging premium pricing but with average food quality, roadside stalls wash the onions well. imagine how much onions are getting washed which is inside the food which is cooked. Shamefull.

Worst tasting food. So bland and even worse is how the servers gaslight us by saying that’s how it’s supposed to taste. Management was least concerned about our complaints. One of the worst veg thalis I have come across. Half the veges aren’t even cooked.

Worst aloo tikki I had, there was no proper filling. as well it is prepared like you fry pakoda. i used to go there in the past and it was good with good chef

I would review it zero stars cause that’s what the food taste is !! Worst food bland to the core, do not visit if u like food and flavour .
