Extremely Disappointed with Food Safety Standards* I am shocked and disappointed with the recent food order I received. Not only was the quality below acceptable standards, but I also found a *cockroach in the food* — which is absolutely unacceptable and poses a serious health hazard. As both a customer and someone who appreciates good food, this reflects a *complete lack of hygiene, oversight, and respect for consumer safety*. It's alarming that such negligence is allowed, and I strongly urge immediate corrective action. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and basic food safety.
