We generally see the ambiance in district and we book for big picther but, later after we go there we get to know the offer or the seat booking what we did only applicable for 1 particular floor which is 2nd floor and that floor purposely they made it very basic and rest other floors we can’t redeem this seat booking and offer and we should pay offline this is never explained us in district app while booking so it was a very worst experience for us
