Even though we booked in advance and reached on time the staff did not provide us enough seating space , we were given a cramped place with no space to for all of us. When requested they were no very accommodating and were like this is what u get. We were ok to sit outside but they were not providing any fan there. Overall bad experience

Food was good but service was really bad with fries they didn’t provided any dip and when asked they said we only provide ketchup and when asked multiple times for some dip then they provided dip. I have been to whitefield one and that is amazing suggesting not to go to the ecoworld one for sure.

Chicken Biriyani was too bad no flavours and chicken piece was not fresh , specially for main course is not a good place , better avoid taking main course food here.

Service is worst. Food is worst too. Don't eat here my opinion. They charge you like good restaurants but food and service is worst.
