Location : Capitol Towers, Kadugodi tree park metro station, near Hopefarm. Food items : 1. Basil pesto pasta - creamy, and tasty. Not much complaints. 4/5 2. Morning bun - 4.5/5 3. Chocolate & salted caramel croissant - 4/5 4. Dirty Matcha - 3/5.. Didn't taste authentic, more like green tea than matcha. 5. Hot latte - 4.5/5. (they don't have any add on options for coffee, however)

Dipu and Kavita were here today at the store. The store was in a mess. Internet issues, RO issues and issues were coming from 35 other directions. But the kind of patience and calm demeanour I received from these two women, that’s incredible. The store manager should have been there to support the staff. Maybe he will take it up later.

• The service and food quality at Blue Tokai (Whitefield branch) are declining, with issues like unclean utensils, stale food, and unhygienic sandwich preparation. • Despite feedback, the staff cited overcrowding as the reason. • The quality has significantly deteriorated, leading to a negative recommendation. will not recommend!

A super incompetent crew running the show. They don’t understand the concept of FIFO. Waited for over 30mins to get just a cup of coffee. These kind of places doesn’t deserve a flow of regular clientele.
