Have been visiting this place for more than a decade now, quality of food and their hospitality is still the same. Bobby Da Dhaba has always been my go-to place when it comes to authentice North indian food. Dhaba-style lighting and decor give this restaurant an inviting, homey feel. Mr Darshan Singh is so gracious and welcoming to all of his customers. He makes sure that food is served hot and fresh and without any delay even during rush hours. We had ordered Aloo gobhi, Shahi Paneer, Rajma chawal, Kadhi chawal & medium size Lassi (enough to serve two people). Parathas are served with white butter on top, which makes it more authentic. Rajma curry was fresh and tasted great. Undoubtedly they serve one of the best lassis of Bengaluru. When it comes to quantity and quality, none can beat Bobby da dhaba. Great place to hangout with family and friends. Highly recommended. Taste - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5 Service -5/5

Bobby da Dhaba has been a fabled destination for authentic Punjabi food, right from its humble beginnings in the Ulsoor gurudwara. Having shifted presence to Nagasandra, it's located at a walking distance from the metro station. We were greeted to a small establishment with a few tables and an even smaller kitchen, with the eponymous Bobby doling out orders to the chefs. The waiting time is quite a lot especially during lunch hours given the tables, and we had to give our order beforehand given the crowd. The prices aren't mentioned in the menu, something I think that should be changed. Once I got my place we were served our dishes in piping hot vessels. The food is entirely vegetarian, and served fresh from the kitchen. The waiting time is fairly high, but worth it. I enjoyed the paranthas, filling and wholesome as usual. The gravies that stood out were the Shahi Paneer and the Brinjal Bhartha. The Dal Makhani and Channa masala were just about okay. A huge glass of buttermilk concluded the whole hearted meal, and the overall bill was fairly reasonable, about 400 per head for the many dishes we ordered. Overall, the place scores high on its delectable food but can improve a lot in terms of order management, ambience, and the service to customers in terms of clarity in the menu and prices.

Been going to Bobby Da Dhaba for years now. They have changed their location thrice, but the taste remains the same! My family and I usually search for this place and go and we were so glad to find that they had only shifted and not permanently closed! The parathas are hot and mouth watering. We ordered Aloo, Gobi and Aloo pyaaz parathas and enjoyed them all. The dal makhani is very tasty. And ofcourse, the tall glass of chaas is to die for. One drawback I would say is the prices and the portion of food isn't clearly listed, so you'll be surprised when the food comes and you'll be left calculating how much was what at the bill counter. That can be resolved. Can't expect fancy decor or ambience as it clearly mentions that it's a Dhaba, but the food is authentic, the staff is friendly and the chaas is cold and yummy, what more do you want?

Bobby da Dhaba isn't a new name in Bangalore but the location is new, it's next to the IKEA. This was my first visit and I found the experience quite unsettling, the owner who was running the order was way too loud and came across rude but he actually wasn't. The food was good but not up to the mark for the price tag, overall good place to have food after visiting IKEA, My Report Card, Price – 6/10 Taste – 7/10 Portion Size - 7/10 Service – 4/10 Ambiance – 5/10 Cleanliness - 6/10 Value For Money – 7/10 Will I Go Back – Absolutely!

This place has been good, one of my favorite restaurants. But over a period time, the owner of this hotel has become very arrogant. I remember since the ulsoor days, this hotel had a dhabha type of concept and they were charging also in the same way which is fine. But now with very limited seatings, limited space and huge waiting time . Also the food is not very wow.. it’s decent enough .. but not worth waiting for an hour or so. The prices have doubled in the last 1-2 years. I find it waste of time to travel all the way from central bangalore and going to this place. If I had any work nearby this restaurant or I am passing by this restaurant and I am hungry , I would opt to have my lunch/dinner in this restaurant. Or else I wouldn’t put an extra effort to visit this restaurant.

Had been to this Dhaba with my friend based on one of youtube blogger suggestion. The owner who was taking orders was talking on very high volume and people working there were afraid of his tone and we were also not comfortable. We went ahead and placed the orders of Paratha, Palak paneer and Lassi. Lassi was average. Palak Paneer was salty and Onion Paratha was good. I had taken Shahi paneer and Parathas parcel they were also not so good. I cook better Shahi paneer than the one which was server. Not a great place to hop and have food.

No menu available at this place...Heavy Rates for all Items...Quantity is not even satisfied for a 7 year baby...Horrible Waste of money...Owner is very arrogant & have to learn how to speak with Customers. No Price Menu...he charge as per his wish...

Owner needs to learn how to respect their customers. He doesn't have minimum common sense of treating people. The taste of food is below average, no salt spices nothing and the cost is too high.. No rates mentioned in the menu card.
