Firstly we had to pay 1000rs to just enter. Not redeemable or refundable. And once you enter you can't step out which doesn't make sense because they sell cigarettes outside. One amazing thing that I have never seen before was when I asked for an ashtray they gave me a paper cup?? Like????? Are you serious ????? Guys you can't use paper as an ashtray it literally burns 🤦‍♀️. The service was terrible. I waited 10 minutes for a glass of water, that too after asking and calling them repeatedly. The staff were terrible, each time I tried to call them they ignored me. And then asked mandatory service charge. Most of the alcohol was unavailable, and for a small bottle of alcohol they charged 600. And the food was below average and very overpriced. While the place looked nice the ambience was strange, the music was extremely loud to the point I can't hear the person next to me. Overall I had to spend 2,240rs for just 1 beer and 1 wings!!! 🙂 Now you guys decide if that is reasonable.

Went there yesterday with a friend and sat in the upstairs balcony. The wooden counter running along it was half refurbished and half old, with several deep dents and uneven patches. Unfortunately, we were seated right at one of them. We ordered two veg starters- both average and barely warm, as though they’d been sitting around for a while. I ordered a margarita, took one sip, placed it back on the counter, and the glass toppled over because of the uneven surface and shattered. When we explained what had happened, we were told they could replace food if there was an issue, but not the drink. Tjat was very unfair. If part of the seating area isn’t ready or safe for service, don’t seat customers there. The refurbished side was there, where we shifted later. Average food, poor handling of a problem caused by their own setup, and overall a very disappointing experience. We had been planning to come here, but sad ending.

Worst experience. Food was subpar. We specifically asked if the ramen had mushrooms and were told they don’t add any, yet we found mushrooms in it. Chairs were dirty/broken, seat covers torn, and plates cracked. They also imposed a service charge despite our objection and didn’t allow personal bottles. Very disappointing overall.

SERVICE charge is mandatory in this place! Even the supreme court had mentioned you cant force people to pay but they made us play. Secondly for the karoake night they ask us to pay 1000 just to enter and its non redeemable. Also they allow so many people its a SAFETY HAZARD

I had a very terrible experience at this shitty place. All furnitures are broken or torn. The managers and waiters are very rude to customers. They also ask for service charge mandatorily even when it is against government law and will create ruckus for almost everything.

worst place to visit. No proper service , but the owner is greedy is taking cover charge . We have been waiting for atleast an hour to get our food on table and that too without plates and cutlery

Manager is very rude. They charged 10% service charge and didn't remove it and when I told that this unlawful they were like no this is how we do it here.
