The menu is pure italian that includes main course dishes not just pizza- pasta. Drinks are also good. The cooking method seemed authentic. The ambiance doesn't seem like a modern cafe. it's a diner like old new york italian diners. Pizza sourdough can be better but I won't judge this restaurant on that, because it's good enough.

Amazing food! There is no wait as such go the food - it’s almost instantaneous. And the quality is really good - they take care of each and every dish we ordered. Highly recommend.

Walked into Bologna with sky-high expectations (blame that shiny 4.8 on Zomato), but the ambience felt like it tried to book a one-way ticket to Italy and got stuck at Bangalore airport security. The random framed pictures of Italy weren’t helping either. More “confused Airbnb decor” than charming trattoria vibes. We kicked things off with a white wine sangria, which sadly looked like the fruits had given up on life a while ago. Food-wise, we went all in : baby tiger prawns, tenderloin in red wine jus, ravioli with mushroom cream sauce, Romagna pizza, and grilled lamb chops. Highlights? The ravioli absolutely carried the meal as it was creamy, cheesy, and actually memorable. The tiramisu also redeemed things a bit at the end. Everything else… just kind of existed. The prawns, tenderloin, and lamb chops were average, and the Romagna pizza was a real letdown especially considering how strong Bangalore’s pizza game is right now. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not “4.8-worthy.” Safe to say, I’ve had better. And this one’s probably not calling me back anytime soon.

We have been visiting this restaurant since the last 8years and have never been disappointed. But this time there was something definitely lacking. The bread in the free bread basket was not soft like usual. It was like eating any normal bread at home. The minestrone soup was very watery, andwe had to season it ourselves with parmesan cheese, oregano etc to make it edible enough. The serving size of the appetizer Verdure al pesto and the Virgin mojito was also too less. It seems the resturant is trying to cut corners as well as costs. There is just a white sheet of paper in place of table mat. The overall experience didn't feel like what we had been experiencing over the last 8 years.

Definitely not a 4.9 worthy Italian place :( The crumb fried stuffed mushroom appetizer was very greasy and tasted almost stale. the sauce with it was splitting. The pizza and pasta were average too, nothing like a premium Italian restaurant. expected WAY more.. The service however was very prompt.

The service was pathetic, made us wait for more than half hour at our table to take our order. After I complained, they finally apologised and took the order. Food was decent, but that's about it. They still had the temerity to add a 10% service charge despite such poor service.

Today’s order had two clear issues. The pizza slices arrived folded, which is not a packaging or distance problem, it’s what happens when pizza isn’t fresh. The bread was broken in multiple places, had holes throughout, and was completely hard. The pasta, to be fair, was fine. Zomato had already refunded my amount. I was not calling to demand money or a replacement. I called to speak to the manager, Jeson.. simply hoping for a human response. Something like “Ma’am, I hear you. I’ll look into this.” That’s genuinely all I needed. Instead, Jason said he would not accept any feedback and denied that the bread was stale without even seeing it. When I offered to send the food back via Porter so he could assess it himself, he agreed. Even after that, his position didn’t change. No acknowledgement. No accountability. No basic consolation to a customer who has been loyal to this restaurant. This comes after a previous incident where Manager Nand Kishore ignored a clearly written instruction for pink sauce pasta (mentioned twice in the order notes), sent red sauce, and then went completely unresponsive when I raised the issue. The food quality can have an off day. That’s understandable. But a manager who refuses to even engage with a genuine concern from a regular customer.. that’s a cultural problem. Bologna, you have good food. But your people need to learn that accountability and basic courtesy cost nothing.. and their absence costs you everything.

Extremely greasy and bland pasta. Not at all worth the money and hype for a highly decorated Italian place in Bangalore. Will not recommend and never visit again. Save your money from this one.
