Awesome ambience for chilling out with family,friends .It's highly recommended for celebrating parties, birthdays of kids too. Today was my son 1st year birthday and he likes spacious , calm,less crowd place, it was the place him. swimpool is maintained well with safety.choosing this place for his birthday celebration was best for his happiness. Food tastes good but very poor service. All food prices are reasonable. without alcohol it's approx 1500-1900rs for two people. If your looking for private space and this for you. They supported and supplied for throwing birthday party outdoor for having family space. Reservations is suggested during weekend.

Had a terrible experience at Botanica. The service was poor and the staff was unbothered. Even after complaining multiple times they did not listen. The manager just said sorry once and just vanished without informing the staff to attend the table. There is no point of fancy ambience and beautiful setup if you cannot provide a good service to your guests. Absolute waste!

We were usuals here but this time it was a bad experience in summer it's really bad as there is no AC and more over be ready for a group of flies sitting on your food , very annoying if you are hygienic minded, service was super slow, multiple time we had to get up n go get what we want, food was average not worth for the price we paying

Extremely slow service from kitchen, no one cares to get even cutlery.un appetising food. Low quality ingredients for a restaurant with premium price. Had to get chutney myself from kitchen😝

Very poor service—slow and unresponsive. The food wasn’t nearly as good as the place suggests. Chicken biryani was the worst, a enthusiastic will surly be disappointed

Ambience from a decor perspective is decent but cleanliness is an issue. Place smells and had so many flies. Service needs to improved massively
