The taste of the food and ambience is too good, but the service was so lousy and lethargic. They took around 70+ minutes to serve the main course, which was supposed to be served in 35 minutes. We placed an order for two starters and a main course around 8:35; the starters and drinks were delivered in 10 minutes, and then the waiting began. So at 9:10 pm, we ordered one more starter because we were hungry and had lost patience. We finished that as well, and still the main course was not delivered, even after asking multiple times — no update. Finally, at 9:30, the server came and told us that due to rush hour, our main course preparation had not yet started, so what could we do? We told him to bring whichever pizza could be served quickly. Again, after 10 minutes, the branch manager came and told us they couldn't cancel our order(which was placed at 8:35) ,as it was now in the oven, and which served only after another 10 to 15 minutes. 🫪🫪 So guys, if you have time and patience, on

Service was very slow. Quantity of some dishes were so less like the Ricotta Bombs- weren’t worth the price. Ordered one item but received another. Took too much time just to get a cup of coffee. Lot of miscommunication too. Said that the breakfast menu was available but then said nothing was available on the breakfast menu. Not satisfactory at all

Order mismanagement was at its peak. We were told that the internet was down but that doesn’t justify the wait time. The staff could use a bit of training and specially the so called manager. Won’t be coming back again.

They don't care which item u order and which item they serve, I was served a Non veg Pizza in place of a vegetarian pizza and no body had any idea how it happened!!!
