Brine in Indiranagar offers one of the greatest fine dining experiences around, and everyone who visits agrees it is an absolute must-try! The ambiance is fantastic, the vibe is amazing, and the entire experience is top-notch. The food is spectacular—special thanks to Chef Nidhi, who prepared some truly spectacular dishes for me! I ordered the tiger prawns, chicken skewers, and the chicken breast, and every single item was cooked to absolute perfection. To wrap up the meal, you absolutely have to try the "Berries" in dessert; it was the perfect sweet finish. The food and the entire experience are highly recommended by everyone for a reason. Don't miss out on this place!

Had a thoroughly satisfying dining experience at Brine. The food was exceptional, and the drinks made the evening truly special. The Tiger Prawns were a standout, perfectly complemented by a well-crafted Picante de la Casa. As for dessert, it was a spectacular finish. The Crémeux, French Toast, and Banana Ice Cream are all absolute must-tries. Valet parking is also available, which makes the whole experience seamless. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Still haven’t found a spot in Bangalore that matches Brine. The vibe is just effortless, the food hits every time, and the cocktails are exactly what you want them to be.

Food quality was good. Very interesting menu. Portions could be slightly bigger for the value. same with the drinks. the ambience, decor and music were 10/10.

The food is yummy but portions are dismal. Great service, excellent aesthetics but for some reason they insist in keeping the temperature at 16 degrees or less!

Ambience and decide is pretty basic which is industrial style rather than a good dining place. Food is highly experimental and was not to our taste. Drinks also not great for the price they charge. Overall place is trying hard to be something unusual and premium but we didn’t not like anything about it; is very pricey as well

The music is great. the food menu aspires to be very modern but doesn't execute consistently, tried the cheeseburger, confit duck and fettuccine. cocktails are okay and get lost in the ocean of better cocktail bars in Bangalore. Tried coffee, picante, coconut, high tea and Manhattan. service is nice.

We went here Saturday evening for an early dinner. We ordered three dishes, 2 appetizers: Triple cooked crispy potatoes, Tiger prawns and one main dish - Snapper. On paper every ingredient works, but the execution fails. The potatoes are simply salty wedges and only the tomato sauce was helping us eat it, otherwise the hot sauce was there for no reason. The tiger prawns looked amazing on the plate but were extremely bland. The sauce in it is supposed to be soaked and add some sweetness to it, which it didn't. The snapper was similar. Just had one bite and left the rest. The only redeeming quality is their drinks. Monchito was amazing, the bartender knows what they are doing. The combination of rum, with butterscotch and coconut cream is simply amazing. The servers are courteous. We were also served with a small shot of martini and some kimchi in blue cheese dip as complimentary items. Fusion is tricky but this is simply not it. Overall: Food - 1/5 Drinks - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Seating - 2/5 (Uncomfortable high chairs)

Absolutely Unprofessional. Their page said kids are allowed. We showed up, were made to wait and told that kids aren't allowed.
