ordered duck tea, catch of the day, tiger prawns and couple of cocktails. all three dishes were exceptionally good. Especially the duck was perfectly medium cooked. Not too chewy at all. Definitely would visit again

What a place! Was a different world inside. Extremely good cocktails and food with lovely ambience and crowd. A Lil expensive but definitely worth it!

Brine was highly priced but excessively washed down alcohol. First of all, we were seated at a table but asked to move midway through our meal because the table was reserved for someone else. If we knew before we ordered our food, we would have planned to leave but we were asked to move after we had placed our order. And while sitting at the bar we saw how the cocktails were made and there was no standardisation — adhoc measurements and random pour, and it explained why 10 grand later we were still feeling fully sober. The servers didn’t seem to have a good understanding of the cocktails they were handing out and the general experience was a bit of a downer despite the food and ambience being very good.

Went here for my best friend’s birthday, and honestly, the food was disappointing. One dish was so bad it made me puke. The pasta was good, and the beef burger was a decent 6/10. The biggest disappointment, though, was the cake. I had specifically asked them to serve only the expensive cake I brought, but they gave us a store-bought cake to “make up” for the food. The gesture may have been well-intentioned, but it completely overshadowed the cake I had chosen for the occasion. Overall, quite disappointing.

Absolutely disappointing experience. We booked for a heavily advertised special menu, went and ordered the special menu and 20 mins later we were informed that only 1 portion of the dish was available. No apologies, the chef was completely dismissive and said that they only had 10 portions. The waiter said kitchen told them food was there and now they changed it. We just walked out. Please don’t advertise for special events going further.

We booked the Wine and Steak ( Rib eye) event that was so highly advertised on Instagram. They called to confirm etc . We went and ordered the Ribeye and after around 15 mins - they come and say Ribeye is over! Then the houtie toutie owner comes and says - see it’s limited you know and we have like 10 portions blah blah and you can order some sh!tloin ! I mean are you joking right ? So you are canceled !

You invite people via Ads and then state TnCs with items not available on menu or otherwise! On top of that the owner/chef shows arrogance and indifferent attitude. Very bad experience walked away after one starter which was average.

choice of food and quantity is hopeless and not at all price point is a ripoff .. nt
