Visited Brisket & Chips, after seeing a lot of positive feedback on Instagram and finally decided to give it a try. It was our first time trying brisket, and honestly, it was super soft and tender. However, there was quite a lot of fat, which made it a bit heavy for our liking. If you enjoy fatty, juicy cuts, you might love it more. We also tried their buff smash burger. It was decent but not the best I’ve had in Bengaluru. A special mention to their broth soup - that was really nice and comforting. The downside was the music/sound level. It was too loud and honestly a bit annoying. A nice spot especially if you’re curious about brisket. But I wouldn’t say it’s worth travelling hours just for this.
