Have you ever had an entire bar/pub for yourself ? We had a chance to be all alone in this Brook’s 37 Gastro pub, because we visited this place during some odd hours. The place looks interesting because of its color pallet, the darker hues on the walls and the furniture gives groovy vibes. The place is spacious with a dance floor marked right in front of the bar counter and it offers both indoors and outdoors seating. Indoors for one who prefers AC with the processed air and outdoors for one who prefer smoking. Being a non-smoker, we decided to settle down at indoors. The food menu is quite good, many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Since we are vegetarians we ordered paneer chatpata and French fries.From the beverages menu, we ordered Guava Chillo and Brook’s 37 from mocktail section(obviously!) Since we were the only customers, the service was quite quick.Frist we got French fries on our table, One of the great fries I have eaten so far. Fries had a soft core and a crispy outer layer with a perfect golden tint.Properly chopped -long & slim with tasteful seasoning. The Paneer chatpata was surprisingly good. The small soft paneer dices coated with a flavorful spicy layer.The ginger and garlic flavors were dominant but,it got along with the juicy panner. The Guava chillo was as usual looked good and did taste good. But sadly it wasn’t made with REAL fruits. The Brook’s 37 was the amalgamation of juices of passion fruit, orange, lime and cranberries with some mint leaves and orange chunks.The drink looked refreshing because of its beautiful gradient color of yellow, orange and red which gave it a perfect summer vibe. Had a great time spending here, had peaceful time here.The place usually gets crowded in the evenings.So visit this place accordingly. By the way the number 37 in the name might be due to the PIN code of the location(AECS – 560037) Just a mere guess, please do let me know if you know the exact reason.
